The Loom — Restaurant in Burnley

Experience was that good the first time I keep going back, I absolutely love everything about this place. The bar manager is so polite and helpful, very welcoming soon as I come in and there’s a large selection of soft drinks as well as alcoholic drinks. The food is amazing! Nowhere does this sort of cuisine in Burnley and it’s great that it’s served here. Even the way it’s ordered and collected is unique and different which I like. Plenty of space to sit downstairs and upstairs on the mezzanine, from chairs to couches. Great deals on food on different days and there’s always something going on from karaoke to live music nights. There’s loads of space to park outside but it is roadside parking so can sometimes be very busy...

My wife and her friends came today for a meal and the staff was rude from getting there till the time they left. The staff serving and taking orders had no patient at all and had no customer service skills what so ever. They was rushed with orders and eating there food and they turned music and heating off before they had even finished. If this is the staff you have as your face of the business then it's a wonder how it's still open. We won't be returning anytime in the future.

In response to your reply it was not 10pm when they left they left at 4.30pm so I think you are talking about the wrong party that came. It states your closing time 6pm and the staff closed the restaurant at 4.30pm. All five of them went home...

We noticed this place by accident whilst picking up a parcel from the nearby Sorting Office and rang to enquire about a table for the same evening. The staff on the phone were helpful and we agreed a time.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the interior, which has dining on two levels. They are clearly proud of the industrial heritage and history of the building, with some tasteful displays which showcase some facts and figures of the heyday of Lancashire mills.

The food was amongst some of the best that I have eaten in restaurants and we all agreed that we would definitely visit again...this place is obviously...
