Madame Tusauds was excellent if you take time to really look at each exhibit, take part in karaoke, listen to music 🎶 choosing songs, have a go at a penalty shootout, have a drink at the Rovers Return with Bet Lynch, Ken and Diedre, take a photo with Jack and Very Ductwork or Hilda Olden and more. Along with the Royals, inspector Morse , Jack Frost, Dr Who and the Tardis and much much more we spent over 3 hours in this value for money attraction. What's more if you registered disabled your carer goes free. Pay at the tourist information for a cheaper entrance price. Only one complaint waiting at the lifts which had a sign saying "please be patient our attendant knows you are waiting" - waited 25 mins before struggling up the stairs - there was no way to contact any staff, as you go round, onlyThe Rovers was staffed. Although no staff were on hand to assist in case of emergencies , despite this I highly recommend this attraction, with a few improvements it could have been a better experience. Wheelchair users would not have been able to access upper levels, (sport exhibit and beyond) lifts could not be called, waiting 25 minutes with no access to the lift left me with a long struggle up the stairs. This town centre McDs is somewhat of a stain on the empire. It only has 3 or 4 screens to order from, as with the new self serviced model of McDs conglomerate. 1 of which was out of commission. There were ants on one of the kids tables, generally everywhere looked grubby. When I looked at the roof tiles which appeared to be stained with coffee, I noticed that the action to cover a disfunctional light (it was blinking super fast) was to stick a piece of card over it and adhere this to the ceiling using the bag stickers...as many as they could possibly add to it. And the booth we sat at - the benches just moved around...

Waited for Half an hour after ordering . No one seems to know what area they're working. The amount of delivery drivers crammed at the collection point being served is ridiculous the store is too small for it to handle leaving queues inside and outside. Heard other customers thoughts . People being served food that had entered after we had. No one saying sorry for the wait. Is this the new standard .. Customer service has been low in the Colne branch. I felt sorry for another customer week or two ago now but the young woman serving was really abrupt , she slammed the food on the counter. We still pay a good price down there for a burger fries and a drink .Even though it's a fast food joint we are not respected as valued customers. Our town hasn't had vouchers since the building was erected. But profits from the locals still go in to...
