When I arrived at 8pm we had to wait 50 minutes for a table so we went to the icaro lounge for a drink. When we came back at 8.50 we sat down. I had ordered at the desk and my friend ordered on the qr code that was on the table.
I had ordered chicken thighs and 2 sides and my friend ordered a wrap and 1 side.
My friends food came almost Instantly and mine wasn't anywhere to be seen. After 20 minutes with no food I went to ask why I've not got my food and was told there's no chicken Thighs ready yet. I was never told when ordering there wasn't any available at the time. So they said that it won't be long. So sat back down. My friend had finished her food and another 10 minutes had passed and was really annoyed as I had no food and my friend had finished hers. After 30 minutes from ordering, I finally got my food with a sorry for the wait and that was it.
Now the food was great but what really annoyed me was we didn't have our food at the same time so it was awkward. If the staff had said there wasn't any thighs and it would be 30 minute wait I would of changed my order but I wasn't told this.
We didn't even get anyone coming to our table asking if everything was okay soo I'm really disappointed in the service. The food was fine but I've been to much better customer friendly nandos before.

Read moreI went to Nando’s Burnley town centre to collect a Deliveroo order. I rang the bell at the collection window to check in, but the person inside — a man with glasses, a beard, and a clean-shaven head — just turned the bell off without saying a word. He was standing right there with the window open, but didn’t even ask if I needed help.
His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which led me to cancel the order. Based on this experience, I won’t be collecting from this location again. Very disappointing service.

Thank you for responding. I appreciate that you’re willing to look into it. I just want to add that this wasn’t the first time I felt this way at this location. I’ve heard similar complaints from other delivery drivers too – many of them probably don’t know how or where to share their feedback. This time, I decided to speak up and share my own thoughts and feelings because it’s important to highlight how the behaviour of staff can affect the experience and service overall. I hope this feedback helps improve things for the future

Read moreOn 3 separate occasions items were missing on delivery. The last time ALL the mains were missing, we spent over £85 to receive only chips and Mac cheese. Did Nando's not see these 5 mains on the counter and wonder who's they were? Did they think the customer just wouldn't bother ringing up about it? Oh, and when I rang about them it was to a general call centre and guess what, they couldn't process the refund! I stated that the sides were no good to us without the mains and they were welcome to come and pick them up or they were being binned as we had, now, to order from elsewhere. We got an email stating the refund was being processed MINUS the sides!! So, basically we gave Nando's £30 for nothing! The food on previous orders was barely warm anyway but we gave them the benefit of the doubt but this was the last straw. They have lost us as customers, which is a shame as the food was quite good.
