Zam Zam Grill House — Restaurant in Burnley

I ordered a lamb Persian and also a peri peri chicken burger by it self. It seemed to me that they were making orders for their friends and family members, rather than people that just walked through the door. It took for them 25 minutes to get my order ready in doing so the guy that was saving me left the shop for 5 minutes came back without washing his hands started to serve me. He started to put the lettuce salad onto the food but in between he was licking his thumb and index finger as he was picking up the salad to put onto the lamb Persian. At which point I asked him to cancel my order and give me a full refund back. Which I got. A second man started to argue with me I don't know whether he worked there or was another customer which I just said to him it's got nothing to do with you I'm talking to the person who saved me so please keep out of this conversation. No good hygiene practice at this place if they are doing this while you are standing in front of them what are they doing with the phone orders that...

Not ordered from here for a couple of years now I know why... So...ordered the 6 lamb chops with salad and chips ...not good...the chops were just about cooked there were the cheapest cuts of meat you can get more like mutton,I don't know what they cooked the chips in but they need to stop they were terrible I've never tasted chips like them before, the salad was awful like it had been left in the sun for a week . Delivery was late over an hour considering its only 3.5 miles from my house when I rang to ask if it was on its way the employee has no customer skills but at least the driver was ok . When it first opened the food was amazing with excellent customer service but I don't know what happened they've seriously gone down hill...at the end of the day us customers pay their wages so you would think they want to do it right.... NOT IMPRESSED! never ordering again they should be ashamed...

Ordered twice. Order came wrong both times first time rectified their mistake but fell asleep before my actual burger arrived. Second time partners order came wrong the guy on the phone had terrible service was defensive rude and hung up, but the food that's was right was disappointingly amazing.
