Dixy Chicken Bury — Restaurant in Bury

I ordered from this place before with no issues except for tonight. The delivery driver drops my food in the bag on the floor. I then pay him and open the bag and did I got the wrong order. I called him back from his car, he had an angry look on his face. I told him he gave me rice instead of chips that I ordered. He then told me that it's ok and just have the rice instead of chips in a nasty way. The man has a bad attitude problem. He then said he will go get me the chips I said that's fine and handed him the rice back. I ask how long it will be he said with a slight smirk on his face 30mins or more. I told him I change my mind I'm not satisfied with the food or the service I want my money back. He refused to give my money back and starts getting very angry. I damand my money back and he shouts for his friend from the car. He comes over and trys to calm him down and tells him to give my money back but he refuses and throws the rice in my garden and knocks the chicken out of my hand deliberately. My garden and street were a mess. He started asking me what am I going to do and started being very aggressive. I couldn't believe the way he was behaving over £11 shouting swearing at me. I go inside to get my phone and they both get him the car and sped off. I phone the takeaway the manager was polite and and told me he will be dealth with and offers a refund and sent somebody to clean my garden up. However I had clear it up myself by the time another driver came to drop off my cash and clean up. The aggressive delivery driver is a small Asian lad and slim about 5'7 had a sizable nose. Yeah I have to give one star atleast cuz can't give less I went in there and o don't even get me started the staff was fighting with each other and we're not paying attention to customers the place was a pile of trash junk all over and was all nasty. Then food I ordered chicken and chips and strips. So here's what I got not just chicken had low flour layer but it was also stinky and as far my experience it stinks when it's not washed properly and it also was not fresh.
