Pepe's — Restaurant in Bury

Went In with family. Never liked this place, but my little girl was hungry so had no choice. Firstly the staff are rude and arrogant, have no customer service skills, ordered food and asked if I could get the chips first for my little girl who was hungry. The girl refused and said the fries will come with the meal, i argued why and she said because I said so. This is shocking behaviour by staff. After 15 minutes I waited for the food, by then my girl fell asleep on the pram hungry. When the chips arrived they was cold and so was the rest of the food. I feel like the girl did it on purpose. They need to be trained on customer service skills and also they need to be taught manners are the policy needs to change, if someone wants the fries first they should be given them and please they food should be...

I went with my5 friends yesterday to this place ,first the lady on the till took the wrong order and when we tried to tell her we ordered something else ,she started arguing in a very rude way .we all were very shocked that they have such a bad customer service .when we asked her that why you so angry about ,she goes im not ,my face is like this !which is I think more Rude to say .that you have no smile on Ur face for customers . I ve been to this place before aswell and she's always like this and definitely I'm not going there ever again just because of their very bad customer service .they need to replace that girl otherwise no one wants...

Went there today with my son and was ripped off big time, was over charged and when I asked the lady behind the till about it she had a bad attitude and said I hadn’t! I got charged £5.50 for LOADED fries as part of the meal when it should have been £2.99 and all I got on said loaded fries was a bit of sauce and crispy onions. I also ordered a quesadilla and got a burrito and the chicken was rank, really fatty and not enjoyable. She was also cooking with gloves on and then taking money off people and giving change with the same gloves. Really unhygienic. There is no where to complain either.
