Imperial Desserts & Candy — Restaurant in Wales

Bought some Ghostbusters Slime Pies and inside the packs were open from the bottom. No problem, so I took them back to here for an exchange for something different.

When I got there and spoke to the blonde lady, she was quite polite but needed authorization from the other staff. The one older man was staring at me, and the other man was quite rude and simply didn't understand why I brought them back…even though i explained why and the lady working there explained why.

He grabbed the box and pointed at the expiration date. The expiration date is void if the packaging inside is open!

Didn't actually speak to me, then huffed and went off, as i stood there in shock at the disgusting behavior . Then came back and pointed at the other boxes expiration date as if i was stupid.

Me and the lady worker had to again explain why, he seemed to sort of understand but didn't give me a choice and just roughly handed me the box. I didnt want the same item as that put me off eating them. But i didnt have a choice. I was treated like i was trying to scam them…

The lady worker looked a bit shocked and i felt for her honestly…would give one star but the desserts themselves are good. But might not return after the terrible and rude...

Ive been here a couple times, overall i enjoyed it but i have some complaints

the prices are extremely inconsistent, for example a regular pack a cheetos is £6.50 while a small mike and ike is £1 compared to the slightly bigger box which is £3

2.The décor is ok but it seems a bit over the top, especially the toilet that has green walls and pink flowers speaking of the toilet, the flush barely worked and when it did the flush was so loud and lasted for so long, and the tap took some force to turn on, and apparently it echos so bad you can hear everything thats going on in the toilet, also the hand dryer was broken.

AWFUL- Food was good (what actually arrived) but when order arrived was missing ice cream (which was by no means cheap) for the waffle and the crepe when I called to see where the rest of our order was they said they would check with the driver. 30 minutes later, I phone again for an update and was told that we had received the ice cream and that the driver had said they had given it to us, which was absolutely by no means the case! They then said they were really busy and if we wanted our ice cream we would have to come and collect it, which defeats the whole point of paying to have food delivered!
