Domino's Pizza - Brighouse — Restaurant in Calderdale

Dominos in Brighouse made order mistakes on number of occasions, but mistakes happen and I was not too bothered about these. However, on one instance my order did not show up for an hour and I made numerous phone calls, and every time I was told its on its way. Two hours later, I still did not have the pizzas, so I phoned up to cancel the order and to request a refund. And this is were the problems started. Every time I phoned to chase it up, store tried to send me "free pizzas" instead - it's not really free when you paid for it in the first place and never received it! Anyway it took nearly a month to get my money back and I had to involve the Head Office to sort it out. Ok, it was only 30quid, but it is about principles - you make mistake, and you rectify it. Appalling customer service from Dominos...

Mostly good experiences but a couple of really bad ones, hence only two stars. First being the time the pizza looked like it has literally been thrown together in a few seconds, like something from the generation game AND left uncut. If i'm paying a premium price, I expect a premium pizza. I wouldn't get this from pizza places selling at a quarter of the price. Then, waiting for 20 mins to pick up a pizza which I could see was ready in the back when I walked in, just because the staff seemed to be ignoring everyone at the counter, throwing boxes and pizza's about in a rush. It's understandable to have to wait a few mins if busy but not 20 mins and without any acknowledgement the staff know...

Shocking service . Our pizzas were over an hour so called the store apparently they were on their way. So 15 mins later we called again and they had magically disappeared. This was 90 mins from ordering. Told another 30 min for a reorder and oh they would give us one free side!!!!. Papa John's here we come .
