N O C O • PIZZA & PROSECCO — Restaurant in Calderdale

Wouldn't even give 1 star for service nor atmosphere. Myself and a friend went with our children (both 2), myself and my friend both ordered the (basic milkshake) However, on ordering we were both told that both the vanilla and Nutella milkshakes were not available in the 'basic' even though the menu stated it was. However, after gently recommending that they updated their menu we both decided to go for both said milkshakes in the "freakshake" section.

On arrival to the table there was nothing 'freakshake' about them. My friends vanilla came with nothing more than a few crumbles biscuit and my Nutella had a 3 jazzel chocolate buttons and 3 smarties on top with whipped cream... I wouldn't mind but at £5.50 we kind of expected a bit more, especially when we was told they were more than the "basic" milkshakes we originally wanted but was told wasn't available in our chosen flavours.

As said, both myself and friend were with our children, not a child friendly environment. Felt very judged by the workers who kept looking over at us clearly willing for us all to leave.

Will not be going here again, not worth the money. Unfriendly. Awful atmosphere....

Rang up to double check we didnt need to make a reservation for my daughters birthday and specifically said we were coming for the amazing looking milkshakes they do,got there and had to cobble 2 tables together so we could actually sit down only for the owners watch us strugglin,then were told they dont do milkshakes at this time of year after making an hr drive there specifically for the milkshakes with one very upset birthday girl only to walk round the corner and see a load of teen girls with amazing looking milkshakes,i can only summise they were hotchocolates with all the amazing toppings,can i not just say as a cafe could you not have offered us hotchocolates instead of nothing at all for our really upset lil ones,anyway got pancakes and icecream down the rd super customer service,your food looks amazing i will never come to your establishment again go to customer service school or find another job not...

Not a very warm welcome at all, slow service even though there were three staff on and approx. 6 customers including us. Were not greeted and generally made to feel like we were not welcome at all.

Food was poor, carbonara lacked in flavour and the pancetta was burnt to a crisp and sprinkled sparingly on the bruschetta.

I will always mention if there is a problem with the food, however no one once came to check and the member of staff didn't ask how the food was when he came over with card machine.

Lack of good customer service and friendlyness, which is not a lot to ask for. overall would not recommend and not...
