Astonishing 🤩 As with other reviews, there's little to fault about this restaurant! 👌🏻 The food and drink for starters is absolutely incredible! The burgers, steaks, chicken, and wines and cocktails are all fabulous! ♨️🍔🍗🍷🍸🍹 Then the service - that's out of this world! Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff treat you with utmost importance and care, making sure every little detail is taken care of no matter what is may be! 🌟 There's also the entertainment, which is both bizarre, captivating, and very unique! From fire eating to a mysterious dancer in a full body mirror suit, there's something to amaze everyone! 🔥🕺🏼💯 There's DJs and professional photographers at the restaurant, playing some great tunes and making a great atmosphere and vibe, and capturing the very best moments of your meal! 🎶📸 The venue itself is mesmerising, with a modern contrast of interior design and architecture. There's an incredible display of roses covering the walls and ceilings around the restaurant, and the whole place is very Instagrammable 😍 Other aspects such as dry ice being set off on the table to surround the dishes with smoke is something I've never seen before, and is truly spectacular to view! 🤯 The little touches too, like mint chocolates with the bill - which although certainly pricey, is without a single doubt, definitely worth the experience of dining here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I actually came down from London for my birthday with high hopes. I must say I am a fair person when it comes to reviewing places and I give credit when it's due. Positives -We was greated by a male waiter who showed us our seats. -Décor is lovely. I believe they did a great job. Atmosphere was great. - A young female waiter came to our table and took our orders and was very accommodating. - Starter platter was amazing so was on to a great start. - can park right outside the restaurant Negatives - majority of the food was ready made - what we initially wanted for mains everything was out of stock so we had to revert to second options. This is due to a late delivery. How can a restaurant be running with their inventory so low? the ribs were hideous and hard - the jalapeno bites were served on what felt like school dinners - Mac and cheese was 95% cheese and there was nothing Mac about this dish whatsoever, too overpowering On to the mains I decided to get a buffalo chicken fillet burger. I expected a large fillet burger to match the price tag. Instead I got what seems like a steak burger. I was confused as to what was on my plate. When I took a bite I was certain this wasn't a fillet burger and if was why is it so far off what you'd find in a chicken shop at a fraction of the price. We then asked one of the female waitress who asked the chefs and confirmed it was a steak burger. When the female manager was confronted she disagreed and clearly has not taken into consideration the customer is always right. She was adamant it was fillet and then claimed she asked her suppliers who were delivering the goods at this very moment. If you are so confident what is the need to ask them? We mentioned the other waitress has already confirmed that it is steak and she then tried to belittle the knowledge of her staff and went on to say 'shes new she doesn't know and is undergoing training'. We just wanted it off the bill at this point as a £15 chicken steak burger is beyond unreasonable. We were shocked at the attitude of the manager who was wearing non managerial clothing topped with a headband. We stopped arguing with her as she just didnt seem to get it. We paid and as food reviewers and critics we thought we would post a honest review of our experience. We spent just under £100 for average food enhanced with a bit of smoke. Next time we will just stick to the London restaurants. Worth the price tag. If you are thinking of going Mina I would say don't but if you have no other choice the only thing worth ordering is the starter platter. Will not be returning.

Really dissapointed to write this review. Visited Mina Steakhouse as part of our Bank Holiday plans, travelling from Birmingham. The restaurant looked amazing aesthetically and that is where the plus points ended for me sadly. We were greeted with a "have you booked?if not you have to wait till tables were cleared". Which is fair enough we didn't book we were happy to wait, we then were seated to a pretty empty restaurant. Barring us just a couple with children and a group of diners. Not sure what tables needed cleaning, as there was ample that were fine to dine on. We then had an overly efficient waitress who didn't give us a chance to even finish our sentence, who only offered large bottled water. Never been asked this as soon as we are seated. A drink perhaps or given a drinks menu but never a forceful assumption we should purchase their bottled water. We knew at this point the experience will be interesting. I ordered the salmon, it was over cooked and for the price paid it was a very tiny portion. The grilled vegetables some broccoli stems and asparagus were not seasoned properly and flash fried,so were quite hard to chew. My partners burger looked great as did my food presentation wise but again was very bland. The burger was not seasoned properly and was probably one of the most bland burgers we have consumed. We had the waitress come over to ask if we were finished, after a few minutes of the food arriving, again bizarre. The plates were not even half empty, so not sure how that was a prompt. I understand hospitality industry has been challenged of late, however it does not make it acceptable to charge these prices with below than average / standard of food. It is a great shame as I personally wouldn't recommend to friends or family. Visit if you wish it is your perogative, but there are better halal places to get tasty food and more value for money in Cambridge. The decor is very high end but essentially you visit a restaurant for the food and not just for the aesthetics. Sorry Mina Steakhouse big thumbs down for us. The service charge I felt was not justified with our experience, not a huge sum but not worthy of the service and quality and portion of food we ad received. We are very fortunate to reside in Birmingham with some great Steakhouses, which provide tasty dishes, great atmosphere/service and more importantly with the financial climate value for money. I am glad we did not order starters, additional sides or dessert.

Was very excited to visit this place as I’ve heard many good reviews about this restaurant. Service - all the staffs were very friendly and kind, however I need to remind them that I’ve asked napkins, water or even bill. It was a small thing but seems like they forget very easily which was absolutely frustrated. Food - I ordered T bone steak medium rare and it was over cooked at first so I told to one of the staff and she apologised then brought a new one which was perfectly cooked so I was quite impressed. However the food itself was just decent like normal steak that you can probably get it from other steakhouse as well. I also got prawn dynamite as a starter and the sauce was remarkable. Quite spicy but smooth, would’ve been better if they give couple more pieces of prawns. Drinks were average, both wine and cocktails were good. Atmosphere - I liked the interior and design at first but later the restaurant became full and it was so hot inside. It’s very crowded and didn’t have enough space so was quite uncomfortable. The music got so loud that couldn’t even have conversation properly. Thought it was a cosy place but just very unorganised and messy place. Literally ruined my dinner mood. I was getting stressed from it and got very sensitive. Couldn’t focus on my meal anymore. Few disappointed things made me lose appetite so I decided to leave before finishing my dinner properly. I understand it’s a busy Saturday evening but still considering the amount I paid and atmosphere of the place was seriously upsetting. I wouldn’t really visit this place again although I don’t want to judge with one time experience yet it is true that I was not happy with the food and service this time if I’m being honest and I brought my partner for our anniversary but I literally felt sorry for her.

Mina steakhouse has really nice ambience. The classy floral decor is something you’d look for in a steakhouse. The service was hit and miss. We were welcomed very nicely and sat down. However it took ages to get a hold of one of the waiters. We knew that they noticed us because the waitresses kept on saying “that table is waiting, you go”. As welcoming as they were, that comment was counterproductive of the service they boast. The food was not entirely good. The sharing platter was 6/10. It consisted of some wings, chops, short ribs and dynamite prawns. Prawns were the best thing about the platter. My wife ordered the steak. You know it’s bad when you have to season your own steak. Do not get the mina special sauce (one of three options which come with the steak). Its watery consistency is off putting and it doesn’t taste good. Even the mushroom sauce was watery. Everything seemed watered down. But it was abit better than the Mina special sauce. I ordered the double burger. The burger patty and the fried chicken could have had more seasoning. Definitely did not enjoy it as much as the waiter expressed. The drinks were the best thing about the meal. I ordered the dragonfruit cooler and my wife ordered the strawberry daiquiri. They were refreshing and sweet. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. Considering other reviews, I think it may have been a one off but I think there is consistency with the lack of seasoning in both meals.

Me and my partner came for our anniversary and had extremely high expectations for the food however we quickly became disappointed and the whole date night went down hill. First we had our starter which were korean chicken bites which were actually very nice and only made us more excited for the food but when our food came to the table we were genuinely shocked, i ordered lamb chops, on the plate there was three little very dry, chewy lamb chops grease was all over the plate, few chips were thrown on the plate with some salad genuinely i was so shocked and threw off, my parter ordered a burger which he didn’t finish it in the description it said „golden bun” the bun was just a normal bun funny as the burger itself is over £30. The whole bill with the drinks came up to 112 with service charge and we decided to take off the service charge as the expectations for this place were so much higher than what we experienced, the waiter repeatedly asked my parter if he’s sure to take it off which was extremely odd and rude to be honest made the whole interaction very awkward to when he finally said okay he still proceeded to put the whole charge up which wasn’t worth the burger and three lamb chops and my parter had to correct him once again and asked why he put up the whole charge up when we asked to take it off REPEATEDLY and very clearly he just started laughing and finally took it off. So disappointed not your moneys worth at all!!
