Called in in Saturday night at about 10pm. There was a live band. Decent selection of beers and friendly customers.

Came here to watch football with dearest hubby . I quite enjoyed it

This place is dog friendly so if you have a friendly Dog no problems. The pub itself is home to two dogs so if your dog is nervous around other dogs don't head there.

Now understand only went there on a sports afternoon so I haven't heard the live music or the open mic nights but I have heard that they are very good

The food is limited: pizza or pizza . having said that the pizza was very good ... we had my usual vegetarian choice and dear hubby had something meaty - think it might have had pepperoni or spicy sausage or something on there; he said mine was better but it was very enjoyable; after the inevitable loss of my hubby's football team we were able to enjoy a couple of drinks at a reasonable price warning Cambridge is expensive so expect London prices. the pub's on quite a busy road that goes into the centre of Cambridge so it's easy to cycle to, as far as driving is concerned (remember to have a designated driver) parking is more difficult but not crazy impossible

The clientele are very mixed which I think is good it's not all students and lovies but a comfortable mix by Cambridge standards . the bar staff accommodating friendly and everything bar staff should be . if you're looking for somewhere romantic this is not it ; I think it was great for groups or old married...

I have a very sensitive stomach and safe to say I didn’t want him handling next drink or me getting near him to smell it again so went elsewhere after. Shame as the pub is a favourite of mine when I...
