Rudest stuff you could meet in whole area!

We used to come to the place quite a lot. Before we were told that you could bring food from outside, even suggested to take from some trucks on Friday (which we never met). We brought some food with us numerous time. Apparently, it was allowed because the bar kitchen was under renovation. The fact about which we as customers were never told. Yesterday we did exactly the same as we had done in the past. And what a sudden the waitress came and started furious shooting at us that this is not allowed any longer and we had to go outside to eat the pizza (minus 8 degrees )Even terrace is not allowed to have a quick bite and return to our drinks. We explained that this is a surprise and that it worked in the past (and explicitly communicated to us by her colleagues) and tried to negotiate one-time exception, considering the circumstances. But she was outrageously rude and just shouted at us.

Never again. Such inflexibility and completely absent customer service - keep going and you hardly withstand harsh economic times...

I visit the pub about twice a week, and every time I am immediately greeted by the friendly staff and comfy atmosphere. The sometimes it starts filling up quickly but we usually managed to snag a table.

Drinks are great, good recommendations and nice variety. Special drinks appear every now and then and I like trying something new! (The fruit bat cider is the best!)

Food is lovely too! I am celiac (can’t eat anything with gluten) and staff always make sure food is safe for me. There is a good choice too! My favourite is the Cuban sandwich which comes with sweet potato fries 😋

Had my birthday party there too! Great function room, with plenty of space. Easy to book, which is great cause I’m usually so disorganised so I appreciate straight...

I went there Friday afternoon. The barista, a young gentleman was rude and impolite. He asked me to step back in an aggressive way while I was trying to pay the check. I asked him kindly clarification and he said something about covid and I asked him why he wasn’t wearing a mask instead of threat client and he said he doesn’t have to wear a mask but he can be rude with clients. I run a business myself and I deal with clients every day in this hard times and I always respect them especially if they have a polite and gentle attitude. I’m not surprised the place was almost empty and with a very sad atmosphere. Very disappointed and no excuse for certain kind...
