Gino's Pizza (Cannock) — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

late night order was very expensive quality didn't match the price for certain! we blundered yet again ordering from here we seem to fall for it every time well not no more! again food quality is poor pizzas can vary from bad to ok but what annoys me the most is how greedy they are for tips! So I made an order which came to £26.66(including delivery) when the food arrived the price had became 28 something at this point I question myself like hmm maybe it was 28 and a bit of change but even then the guy who was delivering was rummaging around in his wallet to scrape together the correct (yet still incorrect) change which turned out he was short of. I was scammed first of all I double checked order after realising how poor the quality of food was to note that the total actually was 26.66 wasn't to bothered about that but mainly that the guy who delivered did have change but clearly lied to try make extras on top of the extras he had already pawned me of. very unhappy no manners no morals no custom. exposed. I hope they lose business they take take take and the service which is given is appalling. never do reviews but today was a must it's disgusting to see a place...

I ordered from here for delivery through Just Eat as one of the last orders and the food never came but I still got charged. I rang them up the next day and they told me I had to call just eat to get a refund and they proceeded to blame me for my food not arriving because they couldn't get through to my phone. I then called Just Eat who proceeded to tell me that Gino's stated that my address and phone number are fake, and are refusing a refund! Basically they tried stealing my money!! Thankfully Just Eat could give me a refund because they can see from past orders through them to other companies that my address and number are not fake! Worst place ever and would never recommend to anyone!! After I have spoken to friends about this, I have heard numerous people have had similar problems....

I have ordered from Ginos for over 20 years. I am up to 249 loyalty points and over the past 6 months called them over 15 times asking how I redeem my loyalty points to be told “the manager will call you back”. I have never had a call !!! I have called in today to complain and was given a 01782 number for food hub to redeem my points. They informed me that I need to have at least 500 points to get £1 off an order. This means I need to spend at least £370 to get £1 off my next order. This is not mentioned on ginos website. When I do order it says “YOU HAVE EARNT ANOTHER 20+ POINTS, USE THESE ON YOUR NEXT ORDER”. This is false advertisement and not good enough GINOS !!! Looks like I will be stopping to domino’s...
