Wing Kingz Canterbury — Restaurant in Canterbury

Open at 12 and don't serve breakfast if its as bad as i experienced today. Opened at 10 we went in at 10.30 one other table in there a group of 4 only 2 children eating. And we was a group of 2. For 10.30 in the morning the Music level was ridiculously loud. We ordered 2 smoothies and 2 pancakes. 1 was a banana and blueberry and one was a chicken tenders and bacon. Both served with 3 pancakes. Waited around 10 minutes for the food. Food arrived looked underwhelming and after a couple of minutes I asked if i could have some more Maple syrup as they were really dry. They wasn't fresh pancakes but re heated packet ones. Lady came back with a tiny pot of Golden syrup I can only assume they didn't have Maple Syrup as on the menu it says "glazed with maple syrup" and I couldn't see any glazing or the icing sugar dusting. There was no way this syrup was helping the 6 pancakes moisten up. When the syrup was bought to our table we asked where the drinks were amd we were told they would be another 5 minutes. In my opinion and most other restaurants,cafes etc its normally more helpful to have the drinks first? We then said to cancel the drinks as the food was so small we might as well leave amd go somewhere else. The member of staff came back a couple of minutes later and said "one of the drinks was ready if we still wanted it" we declined the offer and paid the bill and left. Then walked around the corner to Bakers and Barista where we had a better breakfast and service food and drinks and cheaper than the 2 portions of pancakes at Wing Kingz . I tried looking for addresses to complain to for wing kingz but was unable to find one on the Web site so I messaged there Facebook page. But my photos and comments...

Ordered from here via Deliveroo and was sorely disappointed. Spent almost £60 on 5 items and it was an absolute rip off.

The AI looking pictures on their website are very misleading as the food looked nothing like that when it arrived. £15 for a tiny burger with tiny patties that was better fit for a child than a grown adult. The website shows them as fairly large and tall burgers but they arrived in a standard box with foil and looked like mini smash burgers instead. They tasted good, but I can’t believe they’re getting away with charging £15 for something so tiny.

The boneless wings had barely any sauce on them and were very dry. The mac & cheese was atleast warm but it was bland and tasteless. Paid £1 extra for a “large” mac & cheese and it still came in a tiny pot, so I dread to think what the normal size is. We were most looking forward to the loaded fries but they were a pathetic excuse of a food item! Completely inedible and so rock solid that I could lift up the entire box with my fork. It was a solid slab of “fries” and hard chewy “chicken” and you couldn’t even separate the pieces. £11 for something not even fit for a dog.

Either the reviews on here are fake, or they’re not fit for delivering and you should only eat in. Tried to get a refund through Deliveroo but they were measly amounts that aren’t even worth the hassle. Personally, I would...

Good first impressions, greeted almost immediately waitress came over, sat us down and gave us menus to look over. Ordered the drinks my partner drink came out almost immediately however had to wait 10mins for my mocktail as there was only one person doing all the drinks not the end of the world didn't mind waiting it was really good. However goes downhill from here ordered after asking to order 30 mins goes by and a waiter brought food to our table and then said he needs to go back and check our order....ok but never came back waitress came over about 10 mins after that and said why are you still waiting for food explained what happened 10mins ago, she got a bit flustered and went over to the till and there were 3 of them assuming trying to work out what went wrong, the manager I assume came over and asked us what we ordered as they had put 2 different tables together on one check and said we didn't have to pay for the drinks as a apology and he would have our food out in 2 mins or as soon as possible, meanwhile everyone around seems to be hit with lots of different issues with orders. 5 mins later a waiter came out with some sauce to our table it wasn't ours, 5 mins after that the next table that came in 45 mins after us got all their drinks and food so we cancelled everything and left got a sorry from a assume manager but definitely didn't...
