Baguettes are okay and staff friendly. My biggest issue is you order a baguette and get asked if you want salad which is fair enough. The problem is I get some of the salad and sometimes get charged extra for it. I don't know if they do this generally or just because of my choice but it can cost £1 more depending who served you. It might just be my prescription but I feel the quality isn't the same either compared to years...
