The Caledonian — Restaurant in Carlisle

Two local women who did enjoy coming here for a pint on our own days off bar work with our other staff members , sat in here Thursday afternoon as usual spent abit of cash get on with the fella behind the bar and the two staffies well , went and done abit of shopping came back for one while we waited for our bus and the lady behind the bar was so rude ! I have drank in there plenty of times and I’m 25 years old and I look it I mean I don’t get id anywhere in Carlisle not even in supermarkets and then I’d me refused to serve me even though I’d be drinking in there all day ! Me and my staff won’t be coming back here very disappointing to be treated in such a way when the pub itself is lovely wasnt just that but she was only iding women and clearly doing it because she going off on one that she was busy and had no help and I even cleared all the glasses for her ! looked miserable and not what you want . Won’t be back after that service very...

I was having a goof night until some man came to me so I dodge him yet I get followed round the pub and kicked also had verbal abuse from them the door people did nothing yet I was told not to go back also my mother got barred for trying to keep them away from me and the person who did this to me was aloud to stay in the pub I explain everything that happened to me and I asked them to check cctv and they refused to wouldn't recommend going here for a drink and kareoke unless you want trouble for no reason and the door people not doing their job correctly bouncers have no idea what there doing why would you put 2 people dating on the doors it’s not professional security stood there kissing not a care in the world only there...

CAN I JUST STATE THAT MYSELF AND MY DISABLED SISTER WENT TO YOUR DISABLED TOILET AND I WAS TOLD BY AN UN PROVISIONAL LOCAL THAT THERE CAN ONLY BE 1 PERSON ALLOWED IN TOILET BECAUSE MY SISTER WAS NOT IN WHEEL CHAIR.MY SISTER HAD CATHETER ON WHICH WITH HER DISABILITY SHE STRUGGLED TO EMPTY.CAN YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF THAT DISABILITY SHOULD NOT BE SHUNED BY YOUR LOCAL IDEATE TO THE RIGHT OF THE BAR.PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED CAN GET DRESSED UP.....THINK TWICE PEOPLE WHO NO NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED.IF YOUR DISABLED I WOULD STAY CLEAR...
