We came to buy some frozen stuff as we did before today. There were two ladies behind the counter. It was quite busy so we waited for our turn which is fine.
My partner asked for frozen eel and the older lady who served us said come back in half an hour we are busy right now. We politely said we only want the frozen stuff and it wonât take long to be then told to come back in half an hour again.
Not only we drove from Nottingham to buy some frozen stuff now we need to hang around for half an hour extra for no reason at all.
When we came back to the shop same lady proceeded to clean first letting us wait once more before she served us again. It took her approximately 30 seconds to sell us the eel and we were on our way.
What is her logic in sending us away because the shop is busy?
If I get similar treatment next time we will be never returning neither will my friends and I will discourage everyone who will even consider to come...

He helped to explain the menu and their new HK waffle which looked delicious but we weren't hungry at that time (will definitely go back to try!) I tried the Taro Milk Green Tea which was really yummy and they use real blended taro which has a grainy texture but tastes much more natural than the syrups that some shops use. The cups were super cute which adds to the excitement of getting a bubble tea! The boba was also perfectly chewy! 10/10 do recommend this shop for customer service and product especially for the friendliness...
   Read moreI visited this tea shop on 28th May (Wed) at around 3:30pm and had a very disappointing experience with a female staff who was extremely rude.
The shop was quiet when I arrived, and I politely tried to order a Matcha Latte with red beans. However, her tone and attitude were unwelcoming and unpleasant, which completely ruined my good mood for the day.
Itâs hard to understand how such a simple task could be handled so poorly. Experiences like this make me question whether this staff is suited for a role in customer service.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training or...
