I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khazana Indian Food, and it was truly a gastronomic experience to remember. The journey began with an exceptional starter ā poppadoms served with a delightful quartet of dips. The sweet and sour chutney, mango chilli chutney, and onion salsa were not only flavorful but set a standard that easily claimed the title of the best starter I've ever had.
Moving on to the main course, the biriyani at Khazana stands out as the best in the UK. The blend of aromatic spices, perfectly cooked rice, and tender meat made each bite a revelation of authentic flavors. It's a testament to the chef's expertise and commitment to excellence.
Beyond the remarkable cuisine, the service at Khazana is unparalleled. The staff's attentiveness and eagerness to ensure a memorable dining experience elevated the overall visit. From recommendations to promptness, the service added to the restaurant's charm.
Aesthetically, Khazana impresses with its inviting ambiance and tasteful decor. The setting is both elegant and comfortable, creating a perfect atmosphere for enjoying the exquisite Indian cuisine they offer. The attention to detail in both the presentation of dishes and the restaurant's design further enhances the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Khazana Indian Food is a gem that exceeds expectations on all fronts. From the outstanding starter to the best biriyani in the UK, impeccable service, and captivating aesthetics, this restaurant deserves top marks. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Indian...
Read moreWe visited here on a Friday evening (two adults). This was our first visit and we were very impressed. We ordered starters (chick pea puri and onion bhaji) followed by a lamb curry and a three meat curry (can't remember the names as not heard of them before) with pilau rice and nan bread. The food was delicious, very fresh. The breads were excellent, quite possibly the best Indian breads I've ever had. There is a good selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The interior is modern, stylish and comfortable. The tables are quite close together but once the restaurant got more busy we couldn't hear the conversations on other tables. Service was friendly, attentive without being overbearing. The cost for the two person meal (two courses and drinks) came to just over £60 which we thought was good value. We'll most definitely be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a real mixed review. I cannot fault the food, itās really tasty, fresh and delicious. Iāve always used Salimās and I will continue to use their new take out. Now, for the not so good bit. We thought we would dine in the restaurant for a change. We were seated right by the alley to the bar and the door behind us, so the ongoing traffic was awful, people always stood over us or around us, it wasnāt nice. The restaurant was packed, and rightly so with the good food they deliver. But the whole atmosphere was tense, crowded and really really noisy, it wasnāt relaxing at all. I could not wait to get out and go home. Iāll stick to Friday night at home with a curry from now on as that was the worst restaurant experience...
