Boba Fresh — Restaurant in Chelmsford

We had Boba Fresh cater for our wedding in May. From the start Winnie was brilliant, we had a consultation in store where we tried some different flavours and discussed the colour theme for our wedding and what flavours would work well! Winnie was very helpful and had lots of great ideas, supporting us with our choices for the wedding.

On the day Winnie and her team were amazing. Setting up the display of boba ready for our guests. Our guests loved them, they went down a treat and were all gone before the end of the night!

Lovely place to visit. My daughter had been hounding me about bubble tea (of which I’d never heard of) It was a really clean and funky place. You can park on the road outside for free (Bonus for Chelmsford) the lady that served us was really helpful as we were complete newbies!!! I had classic boba 1/2 sugar with classic boba balls and I have to say I loved it. Next time I won’t have any sugar as don’t think you need it. My daughter had mango with mango balls and it was gorgeous. Will definitely go back to try a different boba tea. Highly recommended....

I love this place. It's my go-to when in town with friends/family. The decor is so pretty and instagram-worthy and the idea of putting up sticky notes was a great one since it makes the shop so colourful and bright. The staff are also kind and welcoming. Bubble tea itself is always sweet and refreshing but I do think it's a bit watery and bland at times i.e just tastes of milk.

I especially recommend getting half sugar, half ice if you find the standard too sweet and I'm obsessed with the coffee jelly! Not too keen on the warm...
