UPDATE - popped in for lunch on a Saturday and as usual the food was lovely and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Had the eggs Benedict with chorizo which hit the spot and wasn't too filling *

I come here often at the weekends with my boyfriend and it is always busy and we sometimes have to wait for a table...but we always choose to wait because we know it's worth it.

The price is very reasonable no matter what you order and the portions sizes are large with good attentive service in a comfortable environment. If you fancy splashing out a bit then have the jamaican blue blend for your coffee, it's so smooth and worth the extra little bit of cash.

This time I had the New York Reuben sourdough with a side of sweet potato fries (who doesn't love sweet potato fries) it had pastrami, sauerkraut and oh it was so tasty.

For dessert I had the matcha green tea and raspberry cake. Don't be put off by the green of this cake it's so yummy and something a bit different. They always have a good selection of cakes on offer.

For a lunch time bite to complement some shopping on bond street you...

I used to go here quite a lot when it first opened. The staff are super. Very attentive and they care.

The food on the other hand has been on a slow downward spiral.

The sausage I had with the all new american diner breakfast was appalling.

They have changed the brand they buy in. Now they're just fatty and tasteless. I actually had to spit out a lump of fat from the sausage (see picture).

The pancakes are tiny, they used to be double the size. I don't see how using half the batter would make a huge difference in cost? Batter is flour, eggs and milk lol we're talking pennies.

The hash browns I think have changed as well.

I will go back one more time at some point to check it out again but its very dissapointing to see this place go down hill.

On a side note, the prices have gone up too, when food prices have actually gone down ...

I hope they are able to find new management so they can improve and turn a new leaf...

Not a good experience here I ordered the Full English Breakfast with my eggs a "bit well done.."what turned up was sausages that were tasteless - Bacon that was streaky I think, that was clearly cooked too long that it had shrivelled up 1 miniscule pot ot beans & the fried eggs looked like they had been flattened with the frying spatula whilst frying so when it was served it was flat as a pancake and tasted hard & disgusting..the food here a while ago used to be amazing now its horrible..and I have to mention that the servers/waitresses are totally incompetent they all were very unprofessional kept talking to each other in their little groups and ignoring customers that had finished eating/waiting to pay..I physically had to go up to them, breaking up their indepth conversation to get my bill!! Don't bother coming here because I certainly...
