Visited twice over the past month now, both times have been an absolute nightmare. First visit - no starters came out, when you ask members of staff to check where food is, they just dissapear without returning with an explanation. Then the mains slowly arrived, 2 of each main came to the table which was apparently down to an error with the ordering system. Asked about starters again to another member of staff, same thing happened, no answers given. Second visit - one starter arrived this time, no explanation on where the other starter was. Then one main course arrived (although we had both ordered the same thing) and we were greeted by a rude staff member that asked if we understood everything is cooked as it is ordered, and that 'is the way it works at wagamammas' as there is limited room in the kitchen for the chefs to cook. We have been to wagamamas elsewhere, and didnt find this was the case. So one of us had a starter and no main, and the other had a main and no starter. Had to literally get up from my seat and ask where the food was as like the previous visit - no one had a clue. By the time I had found a manager and the second main had finally arrived, my partner had finished hers as i told her to eat as it was getting cold. Definitely won't be returning, gave it a second chance after a poor first experience, understand there would be teething problems, but this place is beyond a joke. Dont come here if you wish to recieve the actual food you ordered and actually want to sit and eat at the same time as the people you came with. Dont believe the latest bunch of 5* reviews that have conviniently appeared either after many other bad ones previously, i have heard of others i know experiencing problems...
