This is a gem. They make really good coffee (it's amazing the number of cafés that don't) and their food is excellent and very reasonably priced. I had a chicken, ham, cheese ciabatta with salad and crisps and two flat whites for £9.25. Would cost double than in a coffee chain and wouldn't be half as nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a detour if you enjoy a good cup of coffee. Parking can be tricky but worth persevering.

Really good local coffee shop. Serves great coffee, always has a nice selection of home-made cakes and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also the prices haven’t become as silly as some places (i.e. you can get a coffee and a cake for much less than a tenner). Has a lovely social mission too which deserves...

Usually a great place to get a coffee and cake. Would have had 5 stars if it opened on time on a Saturday.

Grumpy review should open at 9am but no one there until 9.15am and the person just leaves me freezing outside whilst he sets up. Gave up at 9.25 as no signs of opening and too cold to...
