The Coffee Dispensary — Restaurant in Cheltenham

I was there to have a relaxing conversation and enjoy the food

I must say I was really disappointed from the start when it’s like this I normally just leave as I don’t like to give my money to any kind of bad service

From the start I wasn’t greeted properly to the point that my partner has to ask if they were okay

The two ladies that were behind the counter could be bothered to make any effort to recommend any food of even a drink when we asked

Then we ordered the food but we also ordered the pastry (sausage rolls) which was very dry and no great at all, the drinks were okay but honestly not the best as you can see on the photos

Now with the sandwich that we ordered were prepared by a member of staff that she were not happy at all

She left the kitchen after making or plating the food and she was on her phone during the preparation not following the basic of food higiene

I was actually disappointed and disgusted about it she had her hair a long ponytail too… not even mention that the others that were on their phones behind the counter and doing their hair…cake box on the floor…

I do believe people can offer better and with place which is so cosy and beautiful decorated I was nothing but disappointed and disgusting how things...

I came to Cheltenham for a good coffee and a nice walk. I went to several coffee shops, and I was making reviews about it.

Chose this well-known coffee dispensary, top-rated, and have a very good review plus amazing latte arts!. I wouldn't wanna be bothered by other coffee shops around as it is also enticing to come inside

Went inside the shop but got confused about here to order as the shop consisted of 2 levels, I decided to go directly to the busy area because that's where the market value is. it was warm and busy. I could see they are also well-staffed, nice and very friendly.

I ordered Bacon and Brie, which is my favorite, but it was unavailable, so I chose another one. Cheese and Mozarella and a flat white😁.

I sat outside because I was overheating inside the shop. It was windy and sunny at the same time. MY FLAT WHITE WAS SERVED WONDERFULLY. I loved it, and whoever made it, you-are- the-best!!! Your latte art is sexy and the way you made it, it is with passion. I liked the toast as well. 🫠🥰

Been a loyal custom of TCD since it opened. However on the two previous occasions our drinks or food order has been delivered to other customers. Today we waited 30 mins before enquiring as to the status of our food order. The member of staff said she would find out for us. Ten minutes passed and no further update. Upon asking again at the counter I was informed our order had been delivered to other customers. Fortunately our order finally arrived 45 mins after ordering and the food was lovely. It’s a real shame to have this happen to us twice in recent weeks. TCD did refund us for our order which was gracious of them. However there are a growing number of great cafes in Cheltenham and TCD needs to raise its game if it doesn’t want to loose...
