I first heard about Nay from a family relative who couldn’t speak highly of her and her treatments. I contacted Nay and spoke about the benefits of Reflexology and how it could help our journey of conceiving with fertility treatment. From the first treatment, Nay put me at right at ease in what was already a stressful period for us and my god I felt amazing. It wasn’t just about the end goal, it was also about discovering the balance of toddlers, full time work, life stresses and taking time for yourself and some how Nay just got it. With every session I was met with a smile and I instantly felt like the next 50 minutes was all about me. She is a genius. I told her at the beginning that she should feel no pressure if I couldn’t conceive and I was merely trying everything in the book to help with an already intense journey but guess what Nay…. You, your incredible personality, your passions and just pure beautiful soul have played a massive part in why I am now 3 months pregnant!! Surprise!!

Naomi is absolutely amazing at what she does. I joined her healing program which involved a meditation massage, reflexology and crystal healing along with all of the extra support Naomi gave in-between over WhatsApp and tips and tricks to help with sleep and anxiety. I have always struggled with sleep and have had lots of anxiety recently, yet after a visit to Naomi I slept so much better and felt really calm and relaxed for the rest of the day after the treatment. I didn't know what to expect from the crystal healing as it isn't something I'm familiar with but it honestly felt like an out of body experience. I felt emotionally and physically more relaxed after my treatment and Naomi went the extra mile each time to chat and offer friendly advice and really helpful information on books etc that may help me. Just being in Naomis presence you feel calmer, she has such a good energy and I cannot thank her enough....
