McDonald's — Restaurant in Cherwell District

This is the worst fast food establishment in all of Greater Banbury. To start, I came in for a Big Max and I sat down and all. Unfortunately the receipt machine wasn't working so I asked this one worker named Jack who looks like Vector from that one movie. He just passively said alright and walked off, next time I saw him he was picking litter outside looking really depressed.

Well anyway as I was waiting I noticed there was one sad bloke in the corner cleaning up while the managers were chatting away. Waiting in there it was very noisy, finally a employee by the name of Rabia served me my food and was rude and ignored my greetings. Call me petty but that's not good customer service. I started eating my Big Mac however I had to put it back together as the poor worker in the back clearly isn't trained to assemble burgers. The fries were undercooked but they were alright. I also had a milkshake but it was all clumped together at the bottom of the cup. As for dessert I tried the Terry's Chocolate Orange Mcflurry which was pretty splendid. As I left I went to use the toilet but I immediately turned when I saw literal faeces all over the toilet, the music was also incredibly loud and these annoying ads for the halloween mcflurry were obnoxiously playing.

As I left I drove back home on my Honda 2025 CB1000 Hornet I thought to myself "that fry left such a good flavour in my mouth" which means the food here is pretty nice.

I came back a week later to use the drive through in my McLaren W1, this time I got the Big Tasty, fries and a large coke. The employee at the drive through seemed really bored and I was ready to buy a sweet chili sauce but this employee named George (who looks like Oppenheimer in that movie) told me that I had to drive around to the back of the drive through just to get the sauce! And to add to this catastrophe the large coke was horrendously watered down.

I've absolutely lost count of the number of times I've been mugged off at the drive thru here. Don't get me wrong, everyone makes mistakes and I'm sure the staff work hard - but there must be some sort of check system in place against orders. My particular highlight last month was going to the drive thru on my home from work and ordering a double big mac meal - been wanting to try one for ages - with a choc shake. Not only did I end up with a vanilla shake instead of choc without being told, they never gave me the double big mac! Totally excelled themselves. So my double big mac meal with choc shake actually consisted of fries and a vanilla shake. I even double checked my receipt to make sure they'd heard my order correctly - they did, they just didn't give me the food. Tried phoning and left a message, their voicemail said they'd call me back. Guess what? Never happened. Now we're never gonna stop going to McDonalds, but if you use the drive thru, stop in the car part and check your order before driving away. They mug you right off...

I want to share my pleasant experience at McDonald's. This restaurant was truly top-notch!
