I nipped into here as I was attending an event in the town centre. I seldom visit the town so I was looking forward to nice coffee experience unfortunately I couldn't find it here. The girl serving me was curt and miserable, and never informed me of the 15 minute wait. She looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they did takeaway coffee. Anyway I found out about the 15 minute wait when the rest of (and there was plenty) Colleagues starting shouting at customers that there was this wait. If you'd have paid £2.50 you'd have been pushing it. There was more if the panini showing empty than had a filling on it. Sadly it took so long g to come we had it wrapped to take home and put extra filling in it to make it edible. And the pot of tea that was ordered was just sat on the side for ages as there was no one to bring it to the table. Where has the quality gone from this place. Its sadly...
