Soresby street cafe — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Me and my partner have walked past this cafe on many occasions and remarked on how nice the smell was. Today we actually went in and oh my word! The food is so much nicer than the smell, which I didn't think was possible. We both got a full English breakfsts and large latte's. The coffee was genuinely nicer than some of the more popular chain brands in the area, even if we just pop back in for coffee we will be back soon. Similar with the food, it was the nicest full English I've ever had. I can't put into words how good it was.

The ambiance was lovely, the decoration makes it feel comfortable and cozy. A lovely space for a date or a catch up with friends. The staff are so friendly and chatty which added to the warm atmosphere in the shop. I only wish we had known about how nice this coffee shop...

I had lunch with my mum n dad and it was the First time coming here was very welcoming and the staff was friendly and kind but even better the food was delicious definitely worth the price, they also have loads to choose from at breakfast and lunch time and amazing choices, as well they have have a kids menu with quite a good choice in different food options , the staff Charlotte was very polite and was lovely to talk to, I ordered a chicken burger and it was stunning they put the sauce to the side instead of on the burger as I’m fussy when it comes to certain sauces so I’m really grateful for that. The place is also very clean and tidy such a lovely vibe to be in. I would 100% recommend this place for meet up with friends and family and even just have lunch or breakfast...

We went there on a recommendation from the family and who arranged a joint birthday party there on the 2/8/25 All food was ordered in advance because of how many of us there were. As you can tell by the photos everyone fully enjoyed themselves even our 17month old daughter. The food and drinks was excellent! And also had 3 full cakes! Between us. Sure was one of the best parties I have been to especially when it comes to restaurants. All Staff where all very friendly and amazing. My Individal Food reviews are all on the photos. From what we had and could take photos of before it got eaten anyway.

Will be definitely going there again....
