Made the mistake of visiting here with my son's. We got our drinks and sat near the pool table up top to keep out of the way since I was on crutches. My son paid on the meter for the pool table then went to ask for the pool cues whilst my other son's racked up the balls. My eldest son came back up and said that the pool que request was denied. No problem. Moments later a woman appeared screaming for security and demanding we were thrown out. LITERALLY SCREAMING!! I do not understand why. I was sat with our newly purchased drinks, we'd not even taken a sip! I was completely blown away by this woman's conduct!! The woman cleared the pool balls from the table down the holes, so I am assuming that was the problem, but my word - she went from 0-100 in a millisecond! I honestly, genuinely don't understand what the hell happened. I mean, I don't think we were sat for more than 3 minutes before being unceremoniously thrown out (with fresh drinks still on the table). Honestly, it beggars belief. We obviously left. We are definitely not trouble makers! I am just astounded by whoever the hell it was and her position in the company's conduct! It is outrageous!! Truly outrageous! I used to love the golden fleece in my younger years. This is the first time I have visited since being back on the area - and like hell will I be visiting again! Who that person is, they are unstable!! And if the pool table and racking up balls is an issue, then turn the system off when people aren't allowed to play, to prevent any issues! Absolutely staggered. Steer clear. So embarrassing and...

You can sit in the passageway outside but you'll still hear the karaoke as there are speakers outside too!! We all had...
