Shake-A-Delic Shakes & Pizza — Restaurant in Chichester

I'm a pretty regular customer, but my visits between 7 and 8 PM have been consistently underwhelming. It feels like my party and I are more of a bother than valued customers. More often than not, we're told that certain items are off-limits because 'the machines are being cleaned.' Shouldn't that kind of maintenance happen after closing, so customers don't miss out during business hours?

When we decide to sit down and eat, the staff starts cleaning around us, which makes it feel like they're trying to get us to leave, even if it's still a couple of hours before closing. It's not a very welcoming vibe.

Plus, the staff never seems particularly friendly. Overall, the atmosphere during these evening visits isn't great, and it's a shame because this place could be so much better. I hope the management sees this and makes some changes to improve the...

Shake A Delic is a Chichester classic and an awesome spot for shakes that are made to order right in front of you! With almost every option of chocolate, sweets, biscuits and more available to make into your very own custom milkshake, this is a must stop spot in Chichester if you are passing by! The Shakes were delicious, served in a variety of sizes that were all reasonably priced. 🐄🧋

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which matched the playful and characteristic vibe of the brand. Options were available to sit inside or to takeaway!

We really love the pizza and waffles at this place. The pizza is amazing and well priced! The women on the counter are always kind and welcoming. There is usually an issue everytime we go though… several times we’ve been and they’ve run out of something like chips or waffles. And the latest time we went the place was full of fruit flies, they were swarming around the bin and flying around us while we’re eating. It was a bit gross honestly. We’ll still be going back as we love the pizza here. I do dislike the QR code menu and would love if the tables had basics/condiments on like napkins, salt, sauce packets as it saves getting up multiple times to ask. But it’s a chill spot...
