I've walked past this particular Domino's lower end of Leith Walk many times over the years and even had deliveries to my previous residence in Leith, so thought yeah, it's Friday, "Yipee Pizza!!" Been a long week. Friday 1st August around 5:25pm... I appreciate it's a small shop, not fine dining, and you get what you pay for... The serving (staff) are frankly borderline rude and arrogant, and with apparently little regard of any kind of workflow... I couldn't actually workout who was in charge? I placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited, watching the shenanigans of the team preparing pizzas... three times I was gabbled at about someone else's order, they seemed clueless about orders in and orders out, despite me standing, patiently in front of them? The estimated time on my till receipt was meaningless... £9.99 pepperoni, large, was okay, no issues there... They didn't seem particularly busy... So, yeah a little bit of common courtesy and get a system going, there didn't seem to be a shortage of hands after all... And sadly that's it, if I want a pizza in future, Tesco around the corner has a great selection, of equal quality and half the price. This isn't a complaint, just an observation from a one-off passer-by punter. Before any kick-offs about Karens and unreasonable expectations, I'm a previous 20 veteran of retailing, so been there, done that, etc, etc.. Just be a bit nicer, be a bit more pleasant, be a lot more efficient, not a lot to ask...

Shocking service, lack of manners, lack of managerial experience. Never once have we received the correct order from these guys but of course we give them the benefit of the doubt.
We found hair BAKED in the pizza. (This isnāt the first time this has happened) Called up and we were told a note would be placed on the customer record and will give us a pizza on our next order...
Low and behold we called up a month later and the note has not been left on the customer record. Excuses were read out like a script and proves that they just use the same excuse over and over fooling all their customers even when there is a genuine problem.
Managers do whatever it takes to push away their responsibility and blame pranks. What a joke. We will never be ordering from these guys again. Go buy Dominos...
