If i could give 0 stars then i would have. Waited quite a bit before we got our meal and when we did get it we walked straight to our hotel to eat it. (About 5 minutes). Unfortunately the zinger was so undercooked, the gravy was awful and runny, the chips were stale and the popcorn chicken tasted weird.

Service was slow, wait for food was ok but to place order very slow, eat in was not busy, a few dirty tables with food on, seemed understaffed at time of visit, apart from the wait to order, it’s KFC

I went to KFC on 11/06/21 Waverley mall Was the worst experience ever in my life. As I entered I used the track and trace as I was sitting in. I approached the till which it was quiet and there was 4 staff behind the counter all within few inches of each other not social distancing at all. I waited a minute to get served and finally someone came over as all 4 of them was watching me. I got the impression that I was interrupting there conversation which had nothing to do with kfc as they where laughing and that.

I ordered my meal which was difficult as the person made a few mistakes. I got asked again if I done track and trace even though the four members of staff and manager watch me.

So I moved to the collection point which my meal was sitting there. Didn't even call anything out. Then she continued back to there conversation. I asked if I could get ketchup and some salt and I was shocked at the abuse I received from the manager. I can't remember her name badge I think it was katrina or something she had glasses. I felt threatened as she said you better have done track and trace.

I collected my meal and tried to get a seat however 80% of tables was full of meals and needs to be cleaned and there was a drink and ice on the floor. There was many health and safety violations that I could see.

I actually couldn't enjoy my meal as I felt treated like a dog and was eating my meal in a dump.

As I finished my meal I walked past the till area and the 4 staff including the manager are all standing beside each other again no social distancing and laughing and talking about what they did last night.

I feel this is shameful behaviour. Clearly doesn't care about customer service and should not be open in my opinion if it is in such a mess and especially when it's quiet and...

Went here for lunch today, wanted to order my usual that I have ordered at every KFC I've been too with no issues, a large popcorn chicken meal sub the fries for mash and add an order of gravy. You could not sub the fries for mash on the touchscreen menu so I asked if I could order from the register since I couldn't order my usual order from the touchscreen. The young girl with glasses behind the register flat out refused to take my order and told me I could only order from the touchscreen menus (which is not true as I've ordered from registers just fine at other locations). I explained that it will be more expensive to order it all separately and that all other locations have been able to do that order just fine but she basically just told me that it's not her problem that I'd have to pay more and that she can't take my order. So I had to pay more, not get a drink since I couldn't get the meal and had the worst experience and service I think I've ever had at a KFC. Staff should not be refusing to help customers that is literally their job and what they are...
