Lazeez Street Food - Taste of Lebanon @ St James Quarter 'حلال' — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this amazing takeaway and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! I give it a solid 5 stars!

The food was fresh, well-seasoned and extremely tasty. Our group of 6 ordered the Falafel Wraps, Chicken and halloumi wraps, and Rice boxes, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were of high quality and the preparation was on point.

In addition to the amazing food, the owner of the takeaway was extremely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our meal. It's always nice to be treated with kindness and respect, and this establishment certainly delivers on that front.

Overall, I highly recommend this takeaway for anyone who wants to enjoy some delicious and fresh food with excellent service. Whether you're a fan of wraps or rice boxes, this place has something for everyone. I can't wait to order...

Absolutely amazing food (super filling but not heavy) and run by a very talented entrepreneur. A one man operation able to handle all your dining needs in regards to fast/friendly/efficient service (also a great choice for days when you will be walking around and dont want to feel like you swallowed a lead weight). I had the habibi box/falafel bites and just wish Id had the foresight to order a second habibi box for my late light hunger pangs… This will be one of my go-to’s for the rest of this trip and every subsequent trip that I find myself in this lovely city. I just wish we had something close to this back home, this is some noteworthy food to score in a city full of great spots to eat. You really shouldn’t miss this superb culinary experience in my opinion, this place is something special.

Foods nice but the staff are down right miserable and kind of aggressive. Very snappy and just shouting single words at me. Last time I went the guy at counter was constantly staring me down and ogling at me while waiting. When I told him I was still waiting on baklava, he sighed dramatically and the proccedded to package it slowly deliberately while just staring straight into my eyes whilst absolutely raging. Honestly I could see it in his eye how angry he was.

Regardless of your mood, you shouldn't be subjecting your customers to attitude like that.

The past 3 time I've been here that guys been like that. Honestly really uncomfortable vibes and I'll never be back...
