I was here on a few occasions during the Fringe festival, catching comedy in The live Room during the day, drinks in the evenings, and the Rave Cave for later in the night. I had great experiences each time, and it was a hub of considerable social activity with people in great spirts. There is a number of screens during the day and into the night showing various sports matches, while food is being served too. The courtyard (beer garden) eventually turns into one large dance floor as the DJ comes out. Security and staff behind the bars were nice, and the drinks were reasonably priced with the overall decor and ambiance being attractive and appealing in a cool way. If you are in Edinburgh town, this is a place to definitely pop into for a visit.

Super spacious venue, maybe i would even say too spacious? As there was basically no one upstairs on the second dance floor which was a shame as there was no energy up there. However downstairs there is a big outdoor area with food trucks and multiple bars, and a DJ. Line to get into the venue can be very long but entry is free is worth it. Line for the toilets also very long as there are only three cubicles in this huge venue⦠But honestly really good vibes a good place to dance on saturday night for free. One downside was the first night we wanted to order pizza and they had run out of dough

Have enjoyed many nights in here since a student 15 years ago. Tonight we were greeted in an initially friendly manner and told to take a table. 10 minutes later and half way through our pint we were told to move since the table was reserved - no reservation signs and 9 other free tables. We asked if we could finish our pints until anyone came to one of the 10 free tables but were very rudely told by the blonde lady on the door to move. My brother, who is suffering from long covid and hasn't been out in a while and cannot stand for long periods was told very insultingly by the same lady: "you move!" as the large doorman came up to us threateningly. We sank our pints and left. I've never been treated so poorly at any pub in Edinburgh and really disappointed in the 3 Sisters. This has really put a damper on an otherwise nice day out. Frankly we will go to some of the lovely competitors nearby. Just sorry to see such a great establishment and stalwart of the Cowgate treat customers so poorly at 7pm on a Saturday evening. Attached is the photo of the empty tables that we watched as we were told to stand. Just a bit of a bizarre experience.

My friends and I went last night and were very disappointed with our experience. We sat at a table waiting for someone to take our order but after about 10 minutes no one had come to ask us what we wanted so we went to the bar to order. We were told that the kitchen was open so I ordered my food and drink. The bartender took 10 minutes to make my drink, and didnāt take anyone else in our partyās order (despite everyone literally standing together at the bar waiting to order). Then once she finally finished my drink, she told my friends the kitchen was closed so they couldnāt order food. I had already paid for my order so I waited while my friends went across the street to get food somewhere else. I waited 10-20 minutes for my āsaladā, which turned out to be literally 4 pieces of lettuce and a heap of meat. I will say it was delicious, but not a salad and not worth Ā£12. The marinade was heavenly, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Visited The Three Sisters on a quiet Monday night and had a rather mixed experience. The highlight of the evening was definitely the acoustic guitar music, which added a lovely, soothing ambiance to the place. The musician was talented and played a great selection of songs that perfectly suited the relaxed vibe. However, the pub was quite empty, which was a bit surprising. While it made for a peaceful and intimate setting, it also lacked the lively atmosphere you might expect from a popular pub. If you're looking for a bustling night out, Monday might not be the best time to visit. Overall, if you enjoy good music and a quiet drink, The Three Sisters on a Monday night could be just what you need. But if you're after a more energetic and social experience, you might want to try visiting on a different night.

Avoid! Awful service. The customers service was horrible and rude, when we approched the bar to order some drinks It seems like we were bodering them. We also ordered fries, which took more than half an hour to be done. Finally they arrived and they charged us 7 pounds for a ridiculus small plate of chips (extremely small, a small woman hand size) and half of the ingredients shown in the menu. This for £7?? I complained in the bar, they said they'll fix It. We thought they Will be blogger this time, but the size was the same one, just add this little bit of guacamole. On the top of this. they charged us for table service, which wasn't written in the menu, with out inform us. Really bad experiencie
