the first time I ever laid eyes on you I already knew this was gonna be a lovestory to cherish forever. there’s a Japanese saying called ‘koi no yo kan’ which means the instinctive sensation upon first meeting someone that you will one day fall in love with. but this was not one day, this was right in the first glance, after our 20 meter sprint from the hostel. the moment our lips tried your immaculate taste we could feel shivers running from our spines. our world exploded, it was love at first sight. nothing can ever beat this fantastic experience, and now we have to live with the idea that we will never feel this sort of joy again (until we visit edinburgh again). we will be longing for you.

Place is rated 4.4 on Deliveroo which I fail to understand how. Ordered 2 chicken shawarmas, the shawarma was bland tasteless and the chicken had a bad smell. Unfortunately due Fake rating and stars we had to dispose off the food. The portion size was massive but is it of any point if the food is bad. It felt like something was put together just to get rid off what was left in the kitchen. Ordered food at 10.30 in the night, so by the time the food came and we found out the reality of the 4.4 rating it was too late to order from anywhere else. I guess shouldnt be ordering food online anymore because cant trust these ratings...

Ordered food for delivery, 5 items didn't arrive. (Out of 10 items.)

Called to fix the problem but the man we spoke to didn't care. He didn't want to help. Very rude, very dismissive, he refused to help us.

He then HUNG UP on us and when we tried to call back, they ignored our calls repeatedly.

This happened on the evening of Saturday 21st August. If a manager or supervisor knows who was working that night and who might be responsible, you should be aware that this person was rude and awful to customers.
