Domino's Pizza - Coventry - Holyhead Road — Restaurant in Coventry

Disappointed!!! Went for a collection and wittnessed the arguements between the staff over missing an item from some order. Lady who was waiting before me did not look so happy and asked something to one of the staff girl who looked at her from the corner of her eye and ignored her question completely. I got my order after like 20 minutes waiting which is not too bad and rushed home which is 3 minutes drive away just to make sure my pizza doesnt go cold😜. Toppings were thrown in the middle of the pizza so sides were empty and middle was overloaded, cheese was melted but not cooked so owner needs to pay attention to his cooking time of the oven. Dough was nice and soft but had massive bubble on one side so it pushed the toppings to the middle more. I think owner should hire me to train his staff LOL just saying 😉 Hope you guys enjoy ur experience though As it is local to me so i would give it another go sometime...

Not great service, I rang the shop after ordering online to delay the order as we live in the country and when i got there I gave my name and my pizzas appeared within seconds, the lady that served me never spoke to me, just passed me my pizzas and disappeared - when I was getting in my car I saw the lady outside the exit door having a cigarette with colleagues which obviously explained why she dashed off without saying a word. The pizzas had obviously been there a while as they were lukewarm so they must not have taken note of my phone call. If I hadn't had a voucher for 50% off and my Granddaughter to visit who insisted on Domino's i would not have bothered and I certainly would not rush back. Not had a Dominos in such a long time and was actually very excited. Firstly they got my order wrong so I went back. They did apologise and made it again, also offering to give me what they made wrong for free. However it was all down hill afterwards. I went to sleep and woke up at 11pm with stabbing pains in my stomach. Finally at 1am I was sick which didn’t stop till early hours. I had to cancel work and I’ve been asleep all day until 17:00hrs. Also I can’t be sick anymore my stomach still hurts and I feel constipated. I’d like to think I’ve got an iron stomach but this has been awful for me. Never...
