Of course, again due to the location, anyone attending a show/event at the Ricoh will be looking to lunch at a similar time. The service was atrocious. Food was not served to everyone at the same time and while some finished the meal, others were still waiting for their food. 1 person got their desert first instead of main.

Ordered a cajun chicken burger and It came undercooked. Just not to get salmonella, I showed it to one of the waiters and he said thats not looking good and ordered another one for me. Second one arrived with batter is all over in my plate and not looking appetizing. Bun was not fresh either.
