Burger King — Restaurant in Coventry

Lovely at first went to pass an hour with husband and three children.we all went in on a Friday night happy after working all week and being able for us all to be able to spend time together.what a mistake should of stayed in and gave the children some ceral as it was 9pm.we ordered our food and it was nice we were halfway though our food as I picked up my burger once again I noticed a small insect on the paper .I could clearly see its legs.i returned to the counter and showed it to the young assistant who served me who was very apologetic he did call the manager over I believe to be call Keith.keith came over and .blantily I could not believe my eyes he told me it was a crumb even though his younger member of staff who was working for him said its not you can see the legs.then Keith the manager pretended it was gone and dropped it on the floor .i really could not believe my eyes .that he would insult my intelligence.after that I returned to my family who were quite upset as we did not expect such a drama visiting Burger King.the young man who was working that night I felt so sorry for as Keith the manager abused him terrible before we left which my three children seen .he also had him working much harder .i could see he was embarrassed at what his manager had done and shouting at him in front of the public i believe he was getting abused for just being honest.not a nice experience never again .dont think you would get a service like that...

Went through the drive as didn’t have time to go in ! Ordered two bacon double cheeseburger meals nothing fancy straight up just no ice in wither coke ! Told to pull up ( not really why I went through a drive through service ) it appeared that most people going through the drive through were told to park up ! It wasn’t busy two cars ahead of me when I ordered and inside had three customers at the counter. Waited quite. While for our food to be brought to the car to find the coke had ice in and not just a bit but a huge block in one, and the burgers were cold and the bacon felt like it had just come out of the fridge ! Went back inside and waited to be seen restaurant was a mess but only a couple of people waiting at the counter, my burgers were changed and off we went ! Got into the car my son went to bite into his burger and again it was cold same thing bacon cold like it had come out the fridge and burgers like they had been sat a while!! I wasn’t happy now something that should have taken no more than ten minutes fast food drive through was now getting on 20-30mins I went to the counter and asked that I have my money back that I had been through the drive through for convenience and speed to have to sit and wait my coke had I’ve and both time my burger was cooked I was given them cold ! It's a real shame how far Burger King has sunk. The restaurant its self looked very run down, tired and dated. The staff looked as tired as the restaurant. I normally prefer Burger King to McDonald's. We had a Angus Burger Meal with side of battered onions. As I watched the order being made up and placed on the tray, I noticed the waitress continually touching the bags of fries after coughing into her hands. (NOT VERY HYGIENIC) we had a Coke.

Firstly the Coke was fairly flat, the onion rings were rubbery and really didn't taste, both my wife and I wouldn't eat the fries due to the way the serving staff member continually touched the fries after coughing in her hands. But like many the main reason for going to Burger King is the Burger. Unfortunately standard's would seem to slipped. The burger was lukewarm and covered in mayo when i bit into the Burger loads of fat and oil came out of the bottom, and before someone says this was mayo residue, I know the difference between the two, there were also burnt bits. All in all a waste of £27 you'd get a better burger off a sunday market food stall. The only difference being one costs £2.50 and the other £10.00. I won't be going to another Burger King Restaurant again, a really awful experience. At this location there is a Nando,s and Subway, I would advise you to go anywhere but...
