Arabica Coffee Crawley — Restaurant in Crawley

Expensive turkey sandwich - 2 rashes of shop bought turkey along side two slices of tomato, a tiny bit of lettuce and two slices of cucumber which barely filled the baguette.

Smoothie at £5 - half full (mostly froth)

Coffee (latte) - dirty. standard coffee not worth the price.

Jam donut - literally less than half a tea spoon of jam in the centre. the rest should’ve been taken off display and unable for purchase long ago. flaking apart. Worst i’ve had.

Ignored by waitress, twice and deliberately so too.. was more interested in chatting to her mates instead of supplying any form or level of customer service. Thing i enjoyed was the hazelnut cake. not sure if bought in or made in store but i enjoyed that. If you want Pancakes or waffles or a cake, great.. otherwise, it’s honestly awful. Honestly one of the biggest rip offs i’ve witnessed and I'm a Londoner. This is not my first experience here and i have been underwhelmed every time

In response to your reply below (since you will not allow further replies, ironically) - i think you’ve missed the concept of what a review is. Adds to what i said above about the customer service. I suggest taking it up...

I usually go to Starbucks (which is right next to this cafe) but stopped going to Starbucks as the staff there just don't know how to make coffee...it's well below par!

Tried Arabica Coffee for the first time as a replacement (almost 2 years ago) and have never looked back.

#Coffee# The coffee tastes flavourful and is never burnt. The range of coffee available will give any other coffee establishments in the town a run for their money.

#Food# The food is delightfully tasty - the way in which the food looks, tastes and is presented to you genuinely puts the bigger coffee chains to shame - this is how it's meant to be done. They also have a great patisserie selection, my personal favourite are the pistachio cannolis (yum! 😋).

#Service Service has always been prompt.

#Cleanliness The hygiene in the cafe has always been on par. Can't fault them - please keep it up. Makes the entire experience more enjoyable and I've become a repeat customer because of it (one of the reasons).

We went there on 4th of July , and instead of ice coconut latte , we got ice latte with coconut syrup . When I asked the barista , who even doesn’t wanted to talk to me when she can see I was there with the coffee in my hand by the bar alone , she was so RUDE! She told me I have to say like not syrup 😂 I told her I’m working in coffee shop 6 years ago , I guess I know how to order a coffee! I told her the other lady is got intolerance, she can’t have milk at all . She didn’t care , she can poisoned anyone ! Not even a sorry or would you like an other one !? I hope someone will give them a training, and teach them is not a joke to...
