When I came in, it wasn't too busy. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were colossal. I am grateful for the hefty amount and felt like a small child being treated especially with the mcdonalds style fries. Staff is really polite and always making an effort and keeping the store up to standard. A real gem in quiet Crawley. Something we need.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, and found the food really good. I had the carbonara - it was really tasty, but more British take on carbonara than authentic (contains cream, and doesn't contain guanciale) - but I would have it again. My wife had the mac & cheese and said it was great.

Location is perfect. The ambience was nice. We ordered Veg food. Bruschetta & Garlic Bread both were nice. Tried amazing drinks available in the menu. Don't remember exact names but have shared the pictures. We had tried a drink of mango base and another of green tea. Both were amazing!!

I am absolutely amazed at how we have just been treated by the manager Nuno Vitoo at Italian Kitchen, to the point where my Mum has left the Cafe crying. The food was lovely and we were enjoying our brunch when my mum had a text through from her bank saying she had spent £79.80, the receipt was £19.80 so the waiter had made a mistake and swapped the 7 for the 1 (easy mistake, we are all humans and this could’ve happened to anyone) we raised the concern and called over the waiter (rather than going up to the counter to make a scene) 3 members of staff came over with the card machine and refunded the amount to my Mums card, which we thought had been sorted and resolved, we continued our meal and tried to enjoy ourselves, but were anxious about the money going into the account as it still had not appeared. My Mum went and spoke to the manager (Nuno) who was extremely rude and told her that it would take 4-5 working days, which my Mum was obviously quite upset about, what with Christmas round the corner and Christmas shopping still needing to be done, my Mum explained that she had Christmas shopping to which the manager smirked and clapped his hands together and said as far as he was concerned it was not his problem and it had been dealt with, to which my Mum left the store crying. I then went and spoke to the ‘manager’ (Nuno) and asked what the situation was, I told him it was completely unacceptable and I have never experienced a manager behave in his manner, I explained about my Mum now being £60 down with Christmas shopping to do, he explained it was not his problem and started to raise his voice at me, with a smirk on his face and in a condescending way clapping his hands, I said to him if we had have known about the situation we would’ve taken the money in cash as my Mum needed the money ASAP. My Mum goes to the cafe every week and will not be returning, I also let Nuno know that I would be leaving a review to which he replied ‘Brilliant Thank you’ I then left the store enraged with how I had just been treated by the so called ‘manager’. We have now spoken to head office and are raising this concern further aswell as posting this review on all platforms to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I would advice to anyone not to go to this restaurant unless you want to be belittled and made to feel in the wrong by...

I’ve been @ the caffe Giardino 3 to 4 days ago, had a breakfeast my partner had a poached egg. We sit down next to the place we’re they prepare the food in the 1st stool. What I saw was appalling. The breakfast was made in the paninis toasters and the poached eggs by microwave. Until they’re all good… after while I was sitting down and a couple of musslin they dont eat pork and chicken just halal They asked to the gentlemen in the sandwich area if the chicken was halal and if they would do their order separated. We reply yes no worries. After they moved on we commented to a lady with a very broken English 35 to 40 yo kinda big with tattoos saying: these rug heads, if they think I’m gonna do anything different they’re mistaken. And he took the bacon and fried their eggs on the bacon grease from my breakfast and did not even clean with a napkin the excess fat or cleaned the panini toaster. After seeing this is asked for which company run Giardino and his reply was. If if complaining that you’re after you may go to the Italian Kitchen and complain with the manager. Got down stairs by previous Debenhams found the restaurant in question. Came in ordered a late and an expresso. The expresso was washed potatoes water and the late was horrible. Did not even bother in asking for the manager as it appear to be a young lad 30 tops curly short hair but as he did our coffee I gave up. Horrible… not returning to Giardino after what I saw and will wait a couple of weeks to return to Italian Kitchen. It has been more than a year that I have been to Italian Kitchen and they had a good team. For what I understood for the week that I worked in Crawley a Portuguese chap polite experienced was serving and a lady with black long hair was doing the sandwiches. Just the interaction with those two was a motive to come back as I saw for the week I was there they were the life and soul of the business. Now it’s just depressing. Above all as any business, have to cater for all and respect people believe traditions culture and food requirements, not taking bad from costumers when they turn they back. Do not recommend. It crosses me even more upon questioning the staff from Costa right in frond that I guy is Eastern European. A imigrantes just like the people we called “rug heads” just because of a burka that the lady was...

This place is going downhill rapidly. On previous visits the food has started to taste a bit bland but perfectly edible. Unfortunately the breakfast I had last week was terrible. Cheap low quality ingredients now being used and a very small serving with hard poached egg, cold mushrooms, soggy toast, burnt baked beans, that had clearly been in the microwave too long and the sausage described as Cumberland was cheap and nasty and definitely not Cumberland. The bacon and hash brown were ok. I should have taken it back but a) there was a queue and b) the male server seemed quite passive aggressive when he delivered the food. When I left I told the 2 staff the breakfast was disgusting and by then there had been a change in staff. The new male server was apologetic, however no partial refund was offered. It did appear that the cook has no idea how to actually cook or present food as I saw the customer on the table next to me leave most of his food and leave quite quickly. I won't use this cafe again. I'd rather go to La Rusta and pay another pound or so more for better quality ingredients and...
