Went in just prior to 11pm and found all of the customer seating to be shut off. I asked a male member of staff politely if I could use the toilet as we had been on a long drive. He said no, they are shut off as she is cleaning them and they will need cleaning again if I go for a wee 🙄 I explained I have a medical condition so when I need to go, it's urgent. He couldn't care less, and told me to ask the girl who had cleaned them. I did as he suggested, and the girl cleaning them was so incredibly rude. Repeatedly roled her eyes at me, she was smirking and found it quite amusing that I wasn't dropping it, must be some sick power dynamic she had going to her head. I informed her of my medical condition, and she also couldn't care less. I asked for a customer service number/contact email and I came around to the front counter where I found the Team Leader on shift. I informed him that it states on the government website that any restaurant with 10+ seats must provide a suitable toilet for customers. He condescendingly calling me "Madam" and proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be standing there and arguing with me on the legalities. (Because he didn't know what the legalities are). I said that this was absolutely absurd, and mentioned that I had a medical condition to him so it was absolutely disgusting that they wouldn't make an exception. His demeanor switched instantly, and he said I should've mentioned that from the start! As if I hadn't already told 2 other members of staff! He allowed me to go to the toilets after 10 minutes, by which point I was in quite a lot of pain.
Absolutely vile experience, train your staff! Worst customer service I have ever recieved, I have never felt so embarrassed. I should not be made to feel like that over simply needing a wee, and I most certainly should not have to explain to several members or staff that I have a medical condition in order to use the bathroom.
Food wasn't even that...

Read moreArranged to buy some chicken Tuesday 3/3/15 as KFC are celebrating 50 years. Turned up around 730pm to see a sign on the door saying 'No Original Chicken'.Hmmm! Has someone forgotten to order enough chicken for the promotion? I have my doubts and think as these are franchise outlets...maybe the bosses are not making enough money on the 50 year deal Nine pieces for £5.99 We spoke to their Head Office and 10/3/15 I phoned them for an update to be advised that they will not advise further as to what happened that night with stock levels(Data Protection was advised) Maybe they will learn from their experience and have a voucher they could sell to customers for £5.99 so they can collect another evening Finally the chicken is getting smaller and more boney these...
