Greggs — Restaurant in Dacorum

Who doesn't love a Greggs... but when some delinquent in front runs off with the last two sausage rolls and you're told there's no more... that is just not on! A Greggs without an endless supply of sausage rolls... what sort of wizardry is that!? Other that that... cakes could be put in right places and looked after a fair bit more... saw the most miserable looking Belgian bun in all my life... cherry falling down the side like it was trying to escape... it almost made me cry with sadness... Staff are very friendly though and welcoming... just wish they'd welcome more...

I ordered 2 sassuage rolls and a pack of 4 caramel shortbread. Firstly they wrote a note in our order saying they don’t have any caramel shortbread so they substitute them for biscuit and doughnut which are items we don’t like so no refund or no call to us telling us beforehand so we are aware or we can pick an item to substitute to. Secondly a sassuage roll was missing so we called them up and they say it’s not our responsibility it’s just eat’s. How on earth is it just easts responsibility if greggs didn’t pack the sausage roll....

Popped in for hot drink while out shopping. Purchased a refillable cup which comes with complimentary drink of your choice.

Gregg's refillable cups are the best; they never warp or change shape when washed in dishwasher & have a screwable lid, which ensures it always stays in place.
