Subway — Restaurant in Dacorum

I always go to this subway I’m a local Coustomer.I went to shop today and bought a steak sandwich with double cheese and drink she worked alone today on Tuesday 12/07/2022 at 17:19 she putt too little steak I said to her put extra steak and cheese I will pay extra I told her please can you put me more sauce she told me no I can’t. I told her Why you annoying me? I want large drink and sauce and steak cheese I paid you but you didn’t give me!! she spoke very rude to me!! She said don’t order to me while you are on your phone?? I was surprised?!She said to me don’t come here anymore!!?? I understood she want to make a problem, I said I’m very rush you give me my food I need to go, she did keep my food and discuss and argue to me I took one glass large for my drink she did hit my hand and threw the scanner at me she shuts on me I said to her what do you do?you don’t give my food and hit me?! What a customer service is that, Even she didn’t want to give me my drink, all because I was talking to my phone, I had to call the police at the end. Being a chain, this one is pretty much like all the rest. The meal deals are pretty good value, coffee tastes fine, and this one is usually clean & tidy. There's a really good selection of fresh ingredients from which to choose for your sub, not to mention a 'sub' choice (excuse the pun) of 6 different sub breads. to be honest. i don’t want to sound mean or horrible or anything but the lady who was serving me wasn’t nice to me and my friend at all. when asking me what i wanted and me not understanding fully i answered her question how i thought i was supposed to but she replied back repeating the question interrupting me in a very rude tone. not only that she did not ask me what cheese i wanted and therefore put on a cheese that i do not like in my sub. i have had this experience before. not only that look at the meatballs?? it made me feel...
