I came in with my child and was given the wrong order. When I went over to politely rectify it, the man behind the counter, who was already being rude to other customers, instantly turned on me and started shouting that it āwasnāt his problem.ā Another customer even had to step in and tell him that it was his problem, but he just carried on screaming at me.
I asked for his name so I could make a formal complaint, but he and his colleagues refused to give it. I took a photo to help identify him when reporting the incident, and then another man (who claimed to be the manager) started aggressively shouting at me to delete it. I told them I would delete the photo once security was called, because I wanted his name recorded properly instead of the whole thing being brushed under the rug.
They continued shouting and refusing to give any names, all in front of my child and other customers. Iām autistic and extremely sensitive to confrontation, and I ended up crying from how hostile and overwhelming it was.
Security came and were completely on my side. They were calm, understanding, and encouraged me to make a formal complaint. A kind stranger also came over to check if I was okay after witnessing what happened.
And to top it all off, the food was absolutely awful and I couldnāt even eat it. So not only did I waste my money, but the whole experience ruined my day. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Iāll never go back. The man pictured is who was...

I know the team stop cooking at a certain time and I joined the line 25minutes before closing time but only 9 out of the many options were available which when down to 4/5 as staff were cleaning up whilst packaging online delivery orders. They put up a small sign saying cash only which my partner noticed when we were 3 people from the front. The man who served us started packing my order and when I said to my partner itās ridiculous the online order took all the last sweet and sour chicken and sweet prawns when we gave our order which they still had he slammed my food down and walked away and hide. I only realized he was hiding as he kept peering behind the wall to see if I had gone. Then when we got the front after the lady being served first behind me they asked if I had any smaller change and when I said unfortunately I only had the 70p, the woman then started looking down my purse arguing with me as I had a Ā£5 she wanted me to break after I explained I needed the Ā£5 for later today. never been soo disappointed I had to then microwave my food when I got in as I only ate a fraction as it was stone cold as well as my partners. Would normally recommend but wonāt now unless itās a last option and itās a minimum of an hour...

You earn those 5 stars by giving good food, which Yangtze has achieved, and good service, which you canāt achieve. Earn the 5 star rating. I felt very peer pressured into giving the review, except sheās my biggest enemy. I came with my dad yesterday, they were all kind to him. It may just be this lady but loads of reviews here are all about service. I usually donāt bother to give reviews, I havenāt even done one for Roblox but if I get treated this bad, then youāre getting a review just as bad. Usually people are all nice and sweet to children, I guess not in this case. Well done lady, earned yourself a new opp . (If you are an old person an opp is an enemy in Gen Z vocabulary)
