Came here Tuesday night @ 8:00 and was waiting 10-15mins to get to the speaker, we noticed they had covered up what donuts they had with 2 pieces of paper so it was unknown what was available, after waiting 5mins we then got served by a girl which we then asked what donuts do you have available, the response was let me check and she listed about 5 donuts (non being chocolate) So I asked aw so you don’t have any chocolate ones? The response was aw yeah we have hazelnut chocolate. So we said we’ll have 2 of them. We then proceeded to wait an extra 20-25mins to get just our 2 donuts, whilst noticing the cars infront were waiting ages to just receive what looked like 1 coffee. We eventually got to the window (baring in mind we felt the need to get out the car to complain it was that bad) and was greeted with no apology and err what did you order again? Once we said she casually talked to other colleagues, whilst on her way to the donut counter, literally took a over a minute to put 2 premade donuts in this bag and slowly walked back over to the window, she then placed the bag at her side workbench near the window and continued talking to a colleague which we overheard had completely nothing to do about work, this is all whilst I’m trying to get her attention to hurry up with the bag READY TO GO at the window! she completely ignored me as I’m fully aware she heard me because the person she was talking to looked at me, who also did not feel the need to tell her to hurry up She then proceeds to fold this bag whilst ignoring me and says nothing as she blatantly knew myself and everyone else in the queue was furious and wanted answers, eventually we get the bag with no thank you, such a massive ordeal for everyone in the drive thru and it’s not my style to write a bad review but I felt I had to write this with what I had just experienced Terrible terrible service with no acknowledgement or professionalism My opinion complete staff...
Read moreThe last couple of times the service has been appalling . The first time I ordered a large one shot latte, got to the window to pay and they give me a medium. When I said I ordered a large (Clearly) as I repeat it as it has happened before , the server said to me “you said medium” with an attitude . They didn’t want to change it , so as I was in a rush I said it’s ok that will be fine. I have been again this morning , ordered my usually as above . Got to the window and after 7 mins the (same) server/manager came to take payment . I said can I add to the order , keep in mind there was nobody behind me as it was empty she said I would have to go back around ?? With an attitude again like it was just an inconvenience to just make another drink. I am not sure if what training these people get but clearly something needs to change . I have been a customer weekly since it opened , but whoever is in charge needs to sort the manors out of the staff or pay them more . Shame as it use to be great service .
The process is so non-proactive . Why make the coffees (5-10)mins to open the window then take payment . Rather than take payment straight away and clarify the order and make any changes, then make the order ?? It’s business basics surely ? I’d be amazed if the owner knew this was the way they are operating as I would of spent more money on that order rather than me never coming again...
Read moreI came in on 7th April 2025 to order our usuals. Went through the drive thru asked for large latte with caramel got told no caramel yet again which is happening weekly now and we travel 30 mins everyday there and back as well usually enjoy going here. Also asked for a large latte Boston cream to be told don't do them anymore and haven't done for months, she said to have a mocha with vanilla no cream, as it doesn't come with cream. Also asked for a large ice latte with sugarcane. Got them paid for them pulled out the drive thru we tried both the lattes had to pull back in to the car park to take drinks back as the tasted disgusting they tasted like milky water. Asked for them to be made again. Asked why there wasn't cream on the Boston cream latte again and the woman said we don't do a Boston cream latte anymore it's just mocha with vanilla so you don't get cream on it. So I said did yesterday and every other time I've been in. And the woman said she doesn't know. Got the 2 coffees which were just as bad as the 1st lot. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTEOF FUEL AND WASTE OF TIME. The staff that afternoon was ignorant, unhelpful and don't know what they are doing. They need retraining. If i could give you zero stars I would but the app won't let me so that's why I have given you 1 star. I spend a lot of money each week at your establishment which I am now think twice about going...
