As it’s our closest KFC on the occasions I’m forced to come I can’t count the number of times we’ve waited over 30 minutes to get served. It actually causes an argument over who is going to come for the food. DO NOT use the drive through - I’ve now been sat almost 45 minutes in the queue. And when you get to the order point most of the time there is no one to tell you to wait (which causes confusion) there isn’t any ‘be with you in two minutes’ courtesy, just a strange silence which in a queue this slow then creates tension with those behind you as they assume it’s not working - but it is so for Gods sake don’t move on or you will then create the same problem that I’ve just encountered which is people ordering at the pick up window. Probably for the same reason I almost did. It’s just a complete shambles l. Ironically the voice that finally drifted through couldn’t sound less interested zero please or thankyou - I had ordered off the app so gave the number and received ‘go around to the next window’ - probably should have said ‘and if it gets dark then put your lights on also take a quilt next time’. I Won’t start on the staff attitude, utter lack of acknowledgement on how long it’s taken, the lack of staff full stop at what must be the busiest times, how many times the drink isn’t what we ordered or the sauces are missing or one bag of chips between three people. 25 minutes wait for two meals when there was only 2 other people ordering. The whole place was dirty with food everywhere on the floor, near the windows, under the tables and on the tables, trays with food were on the tables and grease everywhere. It was not busy at all yet no members of staff were cleaning, and the bins were overflowing onto the floor.

Got told after 20 minutes that they didn’t have one of the fillings for the wrap and was told that I’ll just have to have the sauce and chicken, even though they only mentioned one of the fillings being unavailable I received a plain wrap. I asked if I could have something else at the time and I don’t mind paying extra if the meal costs more and was told simply no it would take to long to sort out even though there was nobody else waiting for a meal.

There was another customer stood waiting to order food for 15 minutes whilst members of staff stood talking in the back, and in the end he asked someone if he could order, to which the woman at the till said, ‘yes I suppose’ and rolled her eyes at him.

When I received the meals one of them was wrong and I asked for the correct sauce I ordered and was told that it was given to me and it was inside the wrap instead when I ordered it separately? When walking away they started talking about me and was made to feel very uncomfortable. Called in last week and wish I hadn't. The place was scruffy, staff rude and the amount of frustrated uber and just eat delivery drivers sat waiting should have been warning enough that we were in for a long wait. Ordered the Christmas special meal at £15.99 which clearly states that you get a choice of 4 large sides and a large bottle of drink. At the counter the young lad taking the order said we could only get 2 sides and no drink because the website was wrong. So we pointed out the sign above the counter which also stated 4 sides etc to which he just shrugged his shoulders, smirked and said " yeah, that's wrong as well. You only get 2 sides and no drink". So I asked if the price would be reduced due to the false advertising. Again he smugly said no and asked if we wanted to order or not. At that point I was wanting to leave and go elsewhere but my partner was starving and couldn't be bothered to go elsewhere. So we carried on with the order. 40 mins later we left but the nightmare still wasn't over. The food was cold , we only had 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6 and not a single side dish. So anyone else thinking of going here please don't because it's a joke. Whoever is regional manager for this company needs to get their act together.
