Oh where to begin? To start off the experience we left our car to go into the restaurant to be turned around at the door ,by a manager who was doing more slacking than managing, as it was drive thru only for reasons unknown. As we were placing our order in the drive thru we were disappointed , but not surprised,to find out no Coke Zero or cheese melts were available therefore throwing our order into tatters. Once we reached the collection window we were delighted to be greeted,by no one,the only encounter we had with the staff member is when they handed us plain white paper bags (presumably they didn’t have any normal bags.shocker.) once we actually received the food we sat in the car to find out one wrap which was ordered only sauce and bacon ,had lettuce added to it presumably from a vegan activist, the next wrap was sharp on the edges (presumably being left out in the open for 3-5 business days) . As well as this travesty, two 99p cheeseburger we ordered must’ve been brought out from the freezer as they were stone cold and quite possibly the most tasteless thing I’ve ever consumed. As well as the tasteless burgers, the fries were laced in kilos of salt ,likely a sorry attempt to make up for the rest of the order. To top things off the employees decided they were too tired to properly attach our custom order stickers to our food.

Read moreMacDonald's, situated conveniently near the Doncaster Dome and amidst other fast-food joints, offers exactly what you'd expect from this iconic brand: consistency and familiarity.
The location is prime, especially for those coming out of events or activities at the Dome, making it a popular spot to grab a quick bite. Being nestled among other fast-food options gives patrons the freedom to choose, but MacDonald's holds its own with its tried-and-true menu.
As with most MacDonald's, service is typically efficient, and the food is consistent with what the brand offers worldwide. It's not gourmet dining, but it's reliable, and sometimes that's precisely what you're looking for.
In conclusion, this MacDonald's location offers the convenience and dependability the brand is known for, with the added benefit of its proximity to the Doncaster Dome and other eateries. Four stars for delivering exactly what...
Read moreFood rarely served correctly, food is disgusting (stale and lack of flavour compared to other McDonald’s). Service is horror, the kiosks are usually broken, ice cream machine is never working, usually run out of cold drinks and the loud noisy atmosphere makes this one of the worst fast food places to go. If you want something healthier, tastier and better in every single way then I would recommend to walk 2 minutes down the road to urban burgers (I have no association with them, they are just genuinely better and provide better value for money compared to this particular McDonald’s) I’ve eaten here since my childhood years as just a quick meal after some fun at the dome but after a couple years when urban burger opened up, I’ve eaten here considerably less.
Don’t come to this place, save yourself from...
