Some woman stood outside blocking 3 parking spaces screeching at people that they can't park there because the barmaid wants to park there.... Didn't realise they owned the whole street and public parking...

You obviously didn't notice when checking your CCTV that the space I had tried first was not suitable (not that where I choose to park is any of your business).

That you find it acceptable for your customers to risk the safety of themselves and others by standing in the road and blocking multiple public parking spaces (not just 1 space) is worrying.

If you believe staff shouldn't have to pay to park when they come to work for you then why not pay for it yourself as their employer and take that pressure off them (and the safety risk off your customers too)?

What if I had been parking up to visit the pub? Do you think I would have wanted to come in after that?

My kind of pub! Do you want loud music, drunks, loose women, and bar fights? Go elsewhere. Do you want a nice pint with friendly bar staff and friendly patrons that introduce themselves to a new face and make you feel welcome as you listen to some music at reasonable prices (considering its right beside the train station!) And zero hassle? Then this is your pub! Traditional styled pub without all the neon lights and mirrors and music so loud you have to shout at the barman what you would like.. wow I feel old.. haha I love a good night out like the best of them.. but sometimes a friendly atmosphere in a traditional pub is just what you need.. and this is my go to!
