Absolutely DISGUSTED & APPALLED with the Service from this place. Soon me & my wife walked. The member of staff who allocates the tables just looked at use and walked away. So hade to find a table ourselves. Went to order some food at the counter. Waiting for someone to take my order I was just being ignored. Rudely & Aggressively I got told to move by a female member of staff who was the supervisor. Eventually someone come and toke my order. Waited 20 minutes for the food. When it arrived the Food was dripping with Greece brought it to the attention of a member of staff. The response I got was purely what do you want me to do. Then the supervisor come across the one who told me to move at the counter. In a abrupt tone of voice she said what's the problem. Told her the food was dropping in Greece. Her response was well its frayed. I said I am aware of that as I ordered the food. But it should not be dripping of Greece. I could see she was not bothered. I said no problem it's fine just leave it. 2 minutes later the manager came across and the my supervisor said that your not happy with the food. And with the same breath she said you can leave if your not happy. Tryed to explaine the supervisor had bad attitude the way she came across. And that's the manager out of no ware said I won't you to leave. Iv neither been so humidity. Was made to feel so small. I would not ever go to this place again after the treatment from...

The food was nice but here's my issue.

Monday they have a kids eat for a pound. I ordered from the correct menu as far as I was aware ( double cheeseburger) and was asked about sides so I picked. They put it through as a meal deal with a single burger so lost the deal. They charged me full price. When I asked why it was so much after paying they said oh it was cause my meal was a lunch meal.

I looked again and realized that wasn't the case, so I questioned it and I got a response of, oh thats why I don't eat our it's so expensive. I even pointed out the error and Ali got offered condolences and nothing more

After they did offer a free pudding but we couldn't stay due to a hospital appointment. So I paid full price for the wrong meal I didn't ask for. It's not end of the world but it's frustrating when you point it out and all you get is a lukewarm response. They even said they have that many promotions it's hard to keep track. Just a bit of a mess really sadly. Used to come a fair bit but will think again if we plan to use the promotion.

EDIT IN RESPONSE - I queried it at the till, at the table when we had barely started again 5 mins later to point out the error, and again just before we left. Also as far as I could see the Kids eat for £1 is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The lunch menu isn't under any offer if it's part of the same menu. If it is it needs to be clarified....

Called in today for a quick lunch as my husband is an insulin dependent diabetic and needed to eat. We ordered the seniors choice from the menu as my husband is recovering from a recent stroke his appetite is not very good. For starters we picked Garlic Mushrooms and Chicken Liver Patè they were ok. For mains we chose the Roast Beef Dinner. It came in terrible small white dinner plates that looked as though they had seen better days. not that the size of the plates mattered as we wasn't expecting large portions. Now for the taste it was none existent. The potatoes were tasteless..the peas were like bullets..the yorkshire pudding was very pale and soggy in the middle and hard around the outside..and the almost barely there very thinly sliced roast beef had seen better days. Needless to say we left most of the meal .I had intended to complain but as my husband came back from the toilet we bumped into a family friend who we had not seen for a very long time and then we absentmindedly walked out. The remainder of the afternoon we couldn't get rid of the horrible taste of the potatoes despite a having few coffee's. We even had to have Gaviscon tablets when we got home. Now I have been in before and have had lovely meals but today this was horrible to say the least . You couldn't even class it as a Roast Dinner. This has now definitely put me off from returning again I wouldn't...
