The carpet was sticky and the sauce bottles on the side were very dirty. The ketchup was cheap catering stuff. I got a builders mug with a t-bag and hot water, a unopened bottle of milk to do it myself and a bowl to put the t -bag in. They could be a bit more welcoming and actually make the tea, smile perhaps, and greet customers nicely, like they actually want...
