I visited The Waiting Room with my family on 4th October and was disappointed by the service we received. A woman ahead of us collected her drinks and kindly said, âWeâre not waitingâplease go ahead.â Despite this, the staff member behind the counter turned her back and continued working at the coffee machine for several minutes without acknowledging us. We felt unwelcome and left.
I make a point of supporting small businesses, but this experience was disheartening. We went to Ozzieâs Fish and Chip Shop instead, where we were greeted warmly and treated with respectâexactly what any customer should expect.
